Chelsea have been on the spot light when it comes to the transfer window and they haven't disappointed themselves in getting players they feel are their problem but I know the fans are not really impressed by how they go about business in this transfer market. They know the particular department they're really poor at but they neglect it and act like everything is fine. With Conor Gallagher on his way to join the Spanish side Atletico Madrid (that's if he hasn't join yet) I think they are now losing more of the experience players who are suppose to guide the younger ones to do better. With the recent development at Chelsea, can they finish at the top 4 of the league table? Are they even doing the right thing or are they ready for the pressure ahead of next season 🤔?

There was no goal in Nottingham vs Villarreal and I was surprised as I was thinking Villarreal are going to win. Nottingham are still having a problem scoring and they should sort that out before the season starts or they should start preparing to get eliminated. Villarreal is bigger than Nottingham Forex and I don't understand how they couldn't score against them but this is the preseason games and we aren't to take any of them very serious. If I had bet, I would had given the win to Villarreal but now I'm glad that I didn't bet. Benfica vs Fulham had only one goal and it was from Alex Iwobi which is a name I didn't think I'll see on the scoreboard but good win for Fulham.

Why would you say that Chelsea ate not planning of winning the league to to finish on top four when this was the reason why the management fired Pocchetino to achieve success but I don't see them on that track because it might only be a dream.

Selling the players that are more experienced in the club is a wrong move and that can affect the performance of the club. Maybe the new coach already have his own players that will suit his game strategy at hand.

For someone to think Chelsea would finish in the top four with their recent condition is a fantasy. To be frank I hate the way management are treating academy players firstly Chalobah and now Conor Gallagher, it breaks my heart from the fact that I'm a Chelsea fan and the management are acting as trash, which is disgusting to me now.

That performance by Chelsea team towards the end of the season came  as a surprise and all thanks to their coach then. That performance he showed by end of the season doesn’t warrant him to be sacked but in the end, they sacked him. He might not have performed as they agreed on, but at least he was able to finish in a better position than the previous coach. With that performance, replicating it for next season is not too certain because the new coach might want to change the strategy and use his own that might not suit them well to win matches with it.

Has it taken that long since Chelsea qualified for the champions league competition last? It looks like it’s just their second season without playing in the champions league and the next season will make it the third one if they fail to qualify again. Chelsea have shown some improvement in their game after they finished the last season in the first half of the table. Whatever Enzo Maresca is doing at Chelsea now is definitely not the right thing to do based on the results from their preseason outing. If they put up this performance in their first match against Man City, then they will be giving Man City a chance to sit at the top of the league from the very beginning of the season and that is what I don't really like because it will discourage a lot of teams and make the entire season boring and less competitive like some leagues that people easily know the winner of the title from the first matches. They almost thought of letting Ben Chilwell go but I haven't gotten anything yet and if it happens to be true then the fans might have to deal with the worse from the club and it might trigger some pressure from the fans to the owners if care is not taken. And I'll disagree with you on Chelsea not ready to face any pressure, like you said their performance in the friendly games haven't been impressive and you know the fans won't say much about it yet until the season begins so the fans are the ones to instigate the pressure and before you know it that pressure they feel they are avoiding will definitely be on the players and most especially the coach.
Letting go of experience players will hurt the team very well and these kids I don't see them doing anything positive for the team and 10th place can't be certainly sure for C.F.C to finish and if they like they shouldn't get a well equipped striker to support the club in scoring goals if not Cole Palmer's job to assist would be a waste of time.

Chelsea even lost 4-1 against Celtic. From this it can be assumed that the Chelsea team is not in a good rhythm this season. It is much more difficult to consistently perform well against the strong teams in the Premier League. I don't think Chelsea players will be able to consistently perform well in Premier League matches.

If the Chelsea management had not changed their coach this season, maybe we would have seen a better performance from Chelsea. Because we saw consistently good performances from Chelsea players in the last few matches of the previous season.

since changing the owners Chelsea's performance not so prominent compared with previous owner, I don't know what the problem is, but as far as i can see Chelsea experienced significant changes, and they have a hard time competing with top club on premier league. they are look like lost the leadership which made them successful as before.
