Bro my hands are not on the waters of mockery at all😂. I never believe for ones that Chelsea would be in such situation where they only play football for playing sake and nothing to say is their target, they could make the top 4 if they make things right but from all they have been doing is go after what's not worth it in any way and they seem to be comfortable about it. Their legends John Terry, Lampard and the rest of them can't even come out to help defend the club, the name C.F.C at least for ones say something to make the decision makers to stop making dead decisions that would kill the club completely, they (Chelsea legends) only sit and watch how bad the club they played for is making a mess of themselves.
Conor Gallagher wasn't good as of when he first came back from loan (correct me if I'm wrong) but as soon as he got his mojo back, he became one of the best for the club even if he makes some mistakes but you can testify that he was a good leader to the team and now it would be a grass root beginning for Chelsea to start all over to get someone like him.

Chelsea was a team that was wasteful in the previous transfer market, the problem was when the players they brought in couldn't contribute much. It's different when they are wasteful but they get players who have a significant impact on the team's play, that won't be a problem. But unfortunately everything that happened to them was not as expected, especially the players they brought in with a lot of money.
Questioning whether they will be able to be in the top 4, for me it is a difficult question to answer now, because we have to first see what their game is like. I won't rule out the possibility that they can achieve that or even more, but I also can't say that for sure because it's possible that what they experienced in the last few seasons they will experience again in the next season. The English League is a tight league, there are many teams competing here, so it's not easy.

Fulham have completed a club-record signing for Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal

Fulham have made their first move in the transfer window, bringing in Emile Smith Rowe in a big-money move from Arsenal.

Fulham have confirmed the signing of Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal for a club-record fee of £34million.

The 24-year-old has penned a five-year contract with the option to extend it for a further year in a deal initially worth £27million with a further £7million in potential add-ons.

Haha maybe that's his personal opinion but the fact is that almost all clubs are fighting to win the title it's just that they know their capabilities and they sometimes don't want to expect more, especially for Chelsea I believe they are one of the clubs that are aiming for the title since the last 3 seasons and that is also the reason why they spent a lot of money in 2 transfer windows. For next season, Chelsea is not the main candidate to win the title but for the top 4, I think it is not impossible and currently Chelsea is preparing a young squad maybe not for this season but who knows next season. Do you know one thing about the both players? They both played for Erik Ten Hag during his time as head coach of Ajax. When you look at the defense, then you'll see he wants to play and build same way he did with players who understands him and his project. It'll make his job better and easier.

Why will you even think Chelsea will end next season in the top 4? I haven’t seen any sign that Chelsea is really prepared for next season, and I am not really satisfied with their performance in the pre season matches that they have played. I know pre season matches shouldn’t be used to judge how a club's performance will be when the season starts, but Chelsea isn’t really showing they are prepared for the season.
 
Chelsea getting a new coach will really affect them because the new coach will have to start building the team, so Chelsea might not end the season in a better position. I just hope they will be able to have patience with the coach. We all know Chelsea is not always patient with their coach.

With all the players they have bought in that club things are still not getting right and it's really sad to see, some of the things that even get me annoyed with this Chelsea club is that they still fail to manage their way up the to the reputation that had befits their name because I know for a certain that this Chelsea club is not a team that's supposed to be struggling with the bottom half of the table then let alone relegation.

Let me talk about what you said about Chelsea not winning the league next season, I never said that and can never think of it, instead of talking about Chelsea winning the league this year I'll rather talk about Aston Villa because they have a goal of keeping it hot for the other league competitors and you know it. Take a good look at their investment level how solid it has been for the Villains, you can't compare it to that of Chelsea and is like Chelsea doesn't have a structure or anything to say this is how we want to go about things concerning the team, with the coach Enzo Maresca trying to make things easier but is not going to work the way he wanted since the boss above him isn't letting him take care of things the way a coach should.

There was no goal in Nottingham vs Villarreal and I was surprised as I was thinking Villarreal are going to win. Nottingham are still having a problem scoring and they should sort that out before the season starts or they should start preparing to get eliminated. Villarreal is bigger than Nottingham Forex and I don't understand how they couldn't score against them but this is the preseason games and we aren't to take any of them very serious. If I had bet, I would had given the win to Villarreal but now I'm glad that I didn't bet. Benfica vs Fulham had only one goal and it was from Alex Iwobi which is a name I didn't think I'll see on the scoreboard but good win for Fulham.

To be frank I hate the way management are treating academy players firstly Chalobah and now Conor Gallagher, it breaks my heart from the fact that I'm a Chelsea fan and the management are acting as trash, which is disgusting to me now.

I will also advise not to rate Enzo Maresca highly until the season ends don't forget Potter did well at Brighton, Tuchel and Conte had good tactics before the fall out, so when ot comes to Chelsea I don't expect much.

That performance by Chelsea team towards the end of the season came  as a surprise and all thanks to their coach then. That performance he showed by end of the season doesn’t warrant him to be sacked but in the end, they sacked him. He might not have performed as they agreed on, but at least he was able to finish in a better position than the previous coach. With that performance, replicating it for next season is not too certain because the new coach might want to change the strategy and use his own that might not suit them well to win matches with it.

It looks like it’s just their second season without playing in the champions league and the next season will make it the third one if they fail to qualify again. Chelsea have shown some improvement in their game after they finished the last season in the first half of the table. With a new coach, much should be expected and of course they look ready for the next season to get a good result for their spending on the new coach and some few players signed to the squad.
