Firstly I will say Manchester city were the best club in the league prior to the appointment of Pep guardiola. They were already two times League winners under Roberto Mancini and Manuel Pellegrini, there Reign started from when the Qatari signed them in 2010 and that’s how they got to be a club they were today. Pep arrived and then made them one of the best beyond the country to the world as he won 6 premier league title for them so far.
