Good relationship between the manager of a club and the owners helps the team to be together, a divided house can not flourish, when the manager is not in a good terms with the management the whole situation may affect the performance of the club entirely because the manager may not be concentrating in his coaching jobs and players also may not have the zeal to give their best in the football pitch in so doing politics may be introduced in a way that individual players may decide whom to support or take instructions from as the ugly situation is going on either the club owner or the coach and this may lead to underperformance of the football club.

We only heard Mourinho side of the story, there must have been a reason why the Glazzers didn't backed him fully the way he Mourinho would have wanted. Yes it is good for managers to have a good relationship with the club owners and sports directors. It certainly helps increase the longevity of the manager at the club. But if the relationship is dependent upon the manager compromising or going against his own guts and vision for his team then the boat is headed for rocky waters. I will go with Ryan Giggs any time any day because he seem more experienced and more of the United blood than the others. Van Nistelrroy will come last for me because he is more of Spanish football which is somewhat different from the EPL even though he played actively for United. So he will find it really hard to cope, at least at the beginning. No doubt he is a great player who has earn his mark in football but coaching is completely a different game that has its own peculiarities.

Jose Mourinho has become the most successful coach for Manchester United since Alex Ferguson retired. Mourinho won 3 titles although he also failed to win the Premier League title. Meanwhile, 5 other coaches including Ten Hag, Ralf Rangnick, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Louis van Gaal and David Moyes are not better than Mourinho. Casemiro made a blunder in their last match and that caused Manchester United to lose to Liverpool in a very shameful way. Casemiro is a top player and anyone can make mistake but in a very big competitive match like that, he wasn’t suppose to be making those silly mistakes even though no one is above making mistakes.

He was criticised a lot and he needs to perform better in his next match because it will be hard for Manchester United to thrive with this form. Casemiro may leave the club soon and that’s just natural if he does now because his time at Manchester United is not overdue. He may consider playing for another team to checkmate his performance once more there.

I don't think it's a good enough decision to let Casemiro go at this time because even though he is in a bad phase, Man United still needs his strength, at least he'll be available for rotation squad needs if necessary. Moreover, there aren't many options for the midfield position anymore because McTominay has already moved to Napoli, while Eriksen doesn't seem to be in good condition either. I think there is no need to change the coach here but if Erik ten Haag applies his strategies in the team then Manchester United can go to a good position. Issue with United and Glazers is that Glazers never did transfers for success reason, they aimed at not getting blamed.
