The FA Cup and the Carabao cup they’ve won for the past two season’s is what has given their manager the privilege to still be the head coach of the team, if not he’ll by now sacked and looking for another team to manage. Manchester United have been so lenient with him and if he doesn’t do better this season than he has done in the past two seasons, he may be relieved of his job. Every club wants to aim higher and not just competing for the domestic league cups if they want to be better and earn good records.

With the present stats, Liverpool is pulling alright, they are giving this season their best. But Man City has won four consecutive seasons now, and I'm not sure they would want someone else to take the cup from them, nobody likes to be dethroned.

Liverpool have also started well just like Manchester City who are the defending champions of the premier league. They’ve also started the season on a good course and I fear they may also win the premier league title this season again. Pep Guardiola have proven to be the best manager again and again, no coach has been able to stop him. This season is already looking fruitful for him again, maybe he might still win it except one of the clubs that have high competency can stop him.

It will be a disgrace to Manchester United if they don't change him, I was impressed with his first season, it was a fair one as a starter but at this point, there should be an improvement in the way he is managing the team right now but the way he is managing that club, if the owner of that club is serious, then I believe he is in a tick time bomb. There are other qualified coaches that are sitting on the bench waiting for his replacement and do a better job.

Liverpool has changed Klopp and heaven did not fall and right now, they are having good season. There is nothing like they are going to win the Premier League yet but they are far better than some teams that are acting as if they don't have anything to offer. I just pray they don't fallout on the Europa conference League, they will receive insult and banter from their fans and rival teams.

Well the anticipation is everywhere, I also can’t wait to see this man play in this current Liverpool team. I don’t think he will find it hard to cope in the premier league, he have a lot of good players around him and a good coach too who encourages attacking football, so definitely it Federico Chiesa style of play. He is a player who loves to attack so much, he loves his solo runs and try to go pass defenders too, above all he is a player who have a very good eye on goal.

I think it a good thing they taking their time to check on his fitness level and all because Cheisa is an injury prone player, so players like this you take your time to use them and you can rush them because they might get injured again. This weekend I feel Chiesa will make his debut even if it just for a few minutes.

Yups as we know Man United has started to decline since a few seasons, this is because of poor management, then there is news that they have experienced a profit loss for the 2023/24 season of 110 million euros more, meaning that indeed with the purchase of their players it does not benefit the club.

Consistency has been the challenge for most teams, player's and even coaches, most of them do not have challenges with a good start at some point, they even get very brilliant starts in some cases but a long the line they probably fail to keep up with such and thst gets their record for that season messy, if only these people can be able to maintain some level of consistency in all of these then very likely they will always beat expectations, with slot he's got a very good start and interestingly it's across all the games he has seen Liverpool played since he resumed as the head coach. Let's hope he leads Liverpool Never to walk alone and probably stop city from maintaining their status as the league title holders if Arteta fails to.

Manchester United have spent a lot of money building their squad. Still the squad is not strong enough. At the same time, as strong as the squad is, their performance is even weaker.

Manchester United have spent big on Antony and Hojlund in recent years. Antony probably cost Manchester United 96 million. And the club probably spent 75 million on Hojlund. But we don't see good performance from these two players. I don't know why Manchester United management spent 96 million for Antony. Sure they may have ended the season with FA cup, but aside from literally just a single game, every other game that they had was terrible and I believe that they were managed poorly, both on league and ucl as evident from the results itself. I don’t want to get disappointed so whilst it’s been a promising start, I think just to compete for the title would be a good debut season for Slot. If we finish in the CL qualifying positions via the league and have a good run in this seasons CL I would be satisfied.

It doesn't take a lot to see the massive difference between the Manchester United from today and the one from around the 2000s to 2010. Today they have ten Hag and back then they had Alex Ferguson. Just look when Alex Ferguson stopped his career (2013) and when they won their last Premier League title (2013). They have never managed to successfully fill the gap that Ferguson left behind. Manchester United used to be the biggest club in the world, at least on the same level as Real Madrid for a while. But it seems to be over, which is hard to believe by the way as it is not a lack of financial resources, but of managerial competency. Ten Hag is the wrong guy and all the other coaches they had were never really able to take it to Ferguson's level. And now they are at a point where they are not even respected as a title contender in the Premier League anymore.

This makes complete sense to me, and I totally agree 👍, coaching it not just about having the right players, it's also about building a winning strategy into every of those players, and this can only be achieved in the training pitch just as you have mentioned.

Different clubs and coaches have train their players in different ways and strategies, and one job of a coach is to find the right strategy that not only works, but also is easily learnable by both the players that's been there before, and those that are coming in.

And we can use money as a good example, It doesnt always matter how much money that enters a person's hands, what usually matters is what the person used the money for, that alone will determine whether more money will keep coming in passively or not. And this simply means that, it's one thing to have players that are potentially good, but training them properly is what turns that potential to reality.

It is undeniable that Martin Ødegaard is a player who is quite influential in Arsenal's midfield so of course with the absence of Martin Ødegaard will make Arsenal's team performance a little different even though Arteta still has many other options to fill the gap. Yes, the FA Cup trophy was the reason why Erik Ten Hag was given another opportunity to remain as Manchester United's head coach because Manchester United's management believes Erik Ten Hag would turn things around in Manchester United this season. Arne Slot has tried from the results of the matches played so far, we can never said that he didn’t try because he is yet to lose a serious match since he took over from Jorgen Klopp and it is a great performance and a good start for him as a coach because coaching small team is not easy especially in the Premier League that is very competitive.

Consistency is what will determine how far they will go in the Premier League because they are still behind Arsenal in title race expectations even though they are ahead of them with some points due to the draw Arsenal played against Brighton.
