I think it a good thing they taking their time to check on his fitness level and all because Cheisa is an injury prone player, so players like this you take your time to use them and you can rush them because they might get injured again. This weekend I feel Chiesa will make his debut even if it just for a few minutes.

Yups as we know Man United has started to decline since a few seasons, this is because of poor management, then there is news that they have experienced a profit loss for the 2023/24 season of 110 million euros more, meaning that indeed with the purchase of their players it does not benefit the club.

Manchester United have spent a lot of money building their squad. Still the squad is not strong enough. At the same time, as strong as the squad is, their performance is even weaker.

It doesn't take a lot to see the massive difference between the Manchester United from today and the one from around the 2000s to 2010. Today they have ten Hag and back then they had Alex Ferguson. Just look when Alex Ferguson stopped his career (2013) and when they won their last Premier League title (2013). They have never managed to successfully fill the gap that Ferguson left behind. Manchester United used to be the biggest club in the world, at least on the same level as Real Madrid for a while. But it seems to be over, which is hard to believe by the way as it is not a lack of financial resources, but of managerial competency. Ten Hag is the wrong guy and all the other coaches they had were never really able to take it to Ferguson's level. This makes complete sense to me, and I totally agree 👍, coaching it not just about having the right players, it's also about building a winning strategy into every of those players, and this can only be achieved in the training pitch just as you have mentioned.

Different clubs and coaches have train their players in different ways and strategies, and one job of a coach is to find the right strategy that not only works, but also is easily learnable by both the players that's been there before, and those that are coming in.

And we can use money as a good example, It doesnt always matter how much money that enters a person's hands, what usually matters is what the person used the money for, that alone will determine whether more money will keep coming in passively or not. And this simply means that, it's one thing to have players that are potentially good, but training them properly is what turns that potential to reality.

I wonder what Ten Hag is still doing in Manchester United as their coach when he has underperformed in his ability to carry all the players along particularly the star players signed into the club. It was not a misfortune that Ronaldo could not perform as much as he could have done when he was at the Man U team earlier. The difference is, during the time of Sir Alex Ferguson, he got a more flourishing ground to play and exercise his skills in delivering the club. When he later came back for the second time, Erik Ten Hag could not manage Ronaldo to his best, hence the low performance experienced in the club.

It's very unfortunate that after Sir Alex Ferguson's exit from the club as a coach, they haven't been able to find any coach that will revive the club again despite hiring several coaches but all to no avail. For all I know until Manchester United hire the right coach that understands the football ethics of the club, then can the club become better
