Football is full of surprises and this is what makes gamblers to lose their bet because who on earth will believe that Liverpool will lose to Nottingham in Anfield. It was a shock to me because I lost my bet, personally I think the players were tired from the way they played or due to fatigue from the break.

Nottingham will be so happy to have full three point from a big club like Liverpool. Arne Slot should be prepared to win his next match to close the point gap. Only City have not lost any of their match.

Man, seeing the games today I was actually Sceptical on the odds trying to find the best possible way to come out better than these sportsbook, while making extra precautions I literally didn't consider the option of Liverpool losing, but like you said football happens sigh, it's all good at least what I lost today won't really affect me, wasn't tempted to stake big that's a foolish thing and thank God I didn't even do that.

Who could have expected Liverpool to lose at Anfield to Nottingham Forest shocking, even with stat the chances is top slim though this is the main reason I don't rate Liverpool above Arsenal anymore especially after last season though Liverpool will be disappointed after all the pressure and possession, just to be the team on the losing end

Why am i seeing some funny results today?. I actually gave up the remaining games for today, thinking that I was the only one that made wrong choice in selecting teams. But as it stands, I believed so many tickets has gone down the drain. All thanks to Liverpool that finally conceded their first goal of the season, and that goal snatched the whole 3 points from them. I can't believe that Liverpool could lose to forest at Anfield(the stadium where almost all clubs fear). Brentford almost gave us same surprise, but we all expected city to find ways of securing all 3 points. As it stands, City are well seated at the top, and arsenal will be looking forward to catching up, thereby closing the gap. Then I think City vs Arsenal game week5, might likely be the toughest game in this first half of the season, seeing how they are all positioned on the table. Congrats to those that won their games, and a better play (performance) to others that didn't. Looking forward to Chelsea's game.

When players return from international breaks, their first game back at the club does not always produce positive results. Liverpool has cut many games today because no one believes Forest will have the opportunity to defeat Liverpool at Anfield, but sometimes a club that you did not expect to win a game will get the chance and win. Liverpool, who I believe will push Manchester City in the league top, are a little club that has gained three points alongside them. Manchester City are doing extremely well, and I believe Guadiola will win the Premier League again because I don't think anyone can stop them.

Let's see how Arsenal does against Tottenham tomorrow and if they can get three points against them. The game will not be easy for Arsenal. They need to win the game so that they can continue chasing Manchester City, as Liverpool has already messed up. And I didn't think Manchester City could lose much because when I saw Brentford leading Manchester City by one goal, I knew they wouldn't give up and wouldn't want to lose at the Etihad. After the UCL encounter, Arsenal will face Manchester City in the league, and they need to win against Tottenham tomorrow so that they may obtain opportunities to win against Manchester again, but it will not be an easy assignment for them.

Aston Villa 3 - 2 Everton

It’s been a very interesting weekend. I was advised not the bet any games at the end of a FIFA window, guess they were right lol. Although my prediction for this game was accurate. My money was on Aston Villa and they didn’t disappoint.

The game looked like Villa was going to lose but somehow Aston Villa got themselves back in the game and won the game. Everton just couldn’t hold their own. Four consecutive losses for Everton. They are the bottom of the table. Last season, Everton barely escape relegation. And they are trailing behind this season as well, I don’t think Everton will escape regulation this time.

They conceded and made them lose this match. Liverpool dominated the game even since the first half, but they could not penetrate Nottingham Forest's defense deeper to be able to score a goal. I think they were unlucky in a match that on paper was in their favor. This is their first defeat after they were always able to win in the previous 3 matches. This is a big blow for Liverpool because they had to lose and it happened at their own home.
I have a pretty good feeling about Nottingham Forest this season. I think they will be a club that can enliven the competition at the top. Although I don't know yet whether they will be consistent enough or not, there is hope for them in my opinion.

Not sure if that will happen so easily because liverpool is extremely weak over Nottm Forest like you said it's just left with about 10 minute, let just hope they have extra time to equalized the game. Like seriously I am disappointed by liverpool on their strength towards the opposite.

It was really a surprise result about Liverpool v Nottingham because after all, Liverpool who in the previous three matches always managed to win without conceding and then played at home against a mediocre Nottingham team but in reality Liverpool lost. Worse, Liverpool were unable to score a goal in this match because I thought, if Liverpool lost in this match at least Liverpool still had to score a goal but in reality, Liverpool got a bad result at Anfield.

I personally don't know, whether there was a problem that happened that Liverpool played badly or got a bad result in this home match. Or maybe, this bad result is a sign that Arne Slot is unable to make Liverpool consistent because frankly, losing at home against a mediocre team like this is really a bad result, or maybe Liverpool really underestimated Nottingham.

Sincerely Liverpool disappointed me, it was one the games I felt will be a walk over for Liverpool, coming from a club that won Manchester united 3-0 at old Trafford and today they are losing at Anfield to Nottingham forest, a lesser club.

Nottingham forest will certainly be celebrating a victory I believe they themselves didn't see it coming, especially considering the fact that they played a bigger team outside their ground, at best they would have been hoping for a draw without seeing the bigger picture waiting for them. It just one of those games that goes to show you that football is most times very unpredictable and Nottingham forest had to hold on with their 1-0 victory till the end of the game.

I think Liverpool losing today against Nottingham forest is because they failed to take the chances they created during the first half, they were seen as the favourite in the match but their performance wasn't good as expected because they did not play like a team that defeated Manchester United in their last performance, Liverpool must be surprised after the game because they had must have underestimated Nottingham forest since they are the bigger team but the shocking defeat against them at home by a team like Nottingham forest shows that there's no team that can not be defeated. Good defending by the Nottingham forest defense they made it possible for the Forest team to get the away victory in the game.

Everyones ticket I'm seeing today don't seems good, all tickets were lost except for people that optin for flexing with option of losing one or two matches but most likely everyone had their tickets cut because I didn't expect Liverpool to lose today and even Fulham wasn't supposed to draw their game with West ham. Manchester City almost made my day because I was happy they might going to lose this one but Haaland came prepared even though Brentford cool them in their home by performance.

I was telling one of my friend, you see teams that people do consider as useless team, they turned out to hurt the most because who will even believe Liverpool was going to lose to them, it was a home match at worse, they could have draw but they slipped through and do because of one substitution Nuno made in the second half. I hope Arsenal doesn't break my heart tomorrow in their Derby with Tottenham.

I have watched Bournemouth play this season, and I saw how great they are despite not having won a significant number of games. If I may say, the match looks difficult to predict, but I still have some confidence that Chelsea may win. If Chelsea can't win, the least I expect from them is a draw. But let's see what happens, as it's Bournemouth's home game, and they will also try to get some points in this upcoming match.

Actually I felt the same way before the match started, I thought the team would struggle as usual considering the fact that most of the players are just resuming after the international break and may have been impacted greatly by the international matches, the fatigue, or maybe some could have been injured but that wasn't the case, rather we saw an entirely different Manchester united team which we haven't seen in a long time, today they played their hearts out and were even able to find a balance between attacking and defending and that's exactly why they could keep a clean sheet today despite all the threat from Southampton's attacking front line.

Before the match, it was clear that Manchester United was really better than Southampton, so I was not having doubts that maybe Manchester United would not win the match. However, I was seriously expecting Southampton to give Manchester United a headache, despite winning the match. But it was not as I thought; it later turned in favor of Manchester United. Southampton was really playing well in the first few minutes of the first half, but immediately after Manchester United scored the first goal, Southampton's efforts decreased. The second goal made their efforts weaker, but still, they really tried. The truth is that Manchester United is on a different performance level than Southampton.

I agree with the person that one should avoid staking when the players return from international duties, we all like to bet on the favourite teams to win which is not bad but when there is international duties it is the players from the top teams that are mostly called up and after participating and coming back from a long journey they get affected with Fatigue and this affects their game performance which is usually just two days from when they arrive. I think it is best to avoid betting on this game weeks to avoid the loss.

Concerning Everton they are just a shadow of them selves and are even poor than what we saw last season. Sean Dyche and his boys were excellent last season even with the point deduction and they managed to escape relegation but here there are again fighting again against it just at the start of the season. I think this will only grow the anticipated rumor of David Moyes return. A loss again will see Dyche been kicked out. But I feel the club has far more problems than the coach, they need sponsorship badly or we will see them fall to the championship soon and could remain there

Some times big clubs to struggle just that no one expected this one this sudden and since the resumption of the Premier League this is like the game that Liverpool have actually struggled, it is good thing that the game was in favor of the forest at least Liverpool we know that if they don't work on their performance then they won't make top three this season, both off shot and on shots does not count they are just numbers the only thing that is mostly considered is not more than goal that is like what give you point not any other thing.  I saw how a lot of people have been lamenting about Liverpool losing to forest and a lot of people believed that Liverpool was going to win. Losing and winning are normal things in a match, but this win was quite disappointing for the fans. High hopes of winning ultimately did not come true, in fact Liverpool narrowly lost 0-1 at times to a team that was not the favourite. Maybe this is a sign that Liverpool has not been able to become the strongest competitor for Manchester City this season, but we really don't know whether City will maintain this good performance until the middle of the season.

Manchester City have 100% wining record since the beginning of the season, they started with high goals which will help the team with good goal difference in case if they will share equal points with either Liverpool or Arsenal as the league goes on.

Liverpool lost their match today to a team that didn’t look serious this season. The main surprising thing here is that, they lost at home, and we know how Liverpool fans are cheering them up when playing at Anfield. This must have been a mistake because I checked the match stats and I see how well Liverpool played in the match. They lost at the end and Manchester City will now remain at the top with 12 points after four matches.

Arsenal cannot afford to lose their north London derby against Tottenham tomorrow, they have to win if they really wants to keep their title expectations on because the draw they played against Brighton affected their dream of becoming the champions this season. It was nice to see Man United win because I bet on them  . Actually, it was quite difficult for Man United to develop their rhythm at the start of the first half because Southampton turned out to play quite aggressively. Southampton really exploited Man United's weakness on the left side, and it actually led to a penalty, but unfortunately, they weren't lucky enough to get a goal.

But somehow after the penalty incident, Man United looked like they had been given doping. Their performance suddenly improved, and every line seemed to have good harmony. If they can maintain that, I think they can improve their position in the table.

At least with this victory, Manchester United players can be more motivated and prioritize teamwork in the next matches. Referring to statistics, United's players actually played quite well. In this match, Ten Hag rotated some of his players. The results were quite good, they were able to score three goals against Southampton. Although Southampton is not a strong team, this victory should be their way back to the real track. Based on statistics, almost all of United's players performed very well. Likewise with the Kobbie and Eriksen duet, they can work together. Unfortunately, Zirkzee's performance was not so prominent. In the next match, if Ten Hag can improve the performance of his team, it is not impossible to be able to return to the top four of the Premier League.

Brighton also failed to win in this match there were no goals, I thought Brighton would win but they struggled but fortunately the draw did not lose.

This Saturday's English Premier League results are really shocking to be specific the games of Liverpool and Brighton Albion.
