I'm legit. I bought my first batch of UNO in February 2014 and have been accumulating ever since. I'm just a lurker but I've watched essentially this entire thread in real time. Benefactor turned me on to it with a giveaway of 1 WHOLE UNO on a different website. I just think it's a cool way to promote this awesome coin. |

If someone is willing to put up coin, I can recommend HashEngineering for an Android wallet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=336215.0Quality android dev. I have my doubts about them doing it for free, but they aren't afraid to take on a challenge (they did so with Myriad). Upcoming merge mining might be difficult, but it looks like they've been doing some work on Namecoin... I have no suggestions for dedicated iOS though... |

It has been suggested that I remove this bit:
"NO HYPE: JUST HISTORY
What if somebody came along and gave you a truly valuable coin?

I have NO FEELINGS about anything that I write and I ALWAYS over write on the first draft on the theory it's easier to cut crap than add diamonds at the end of the deadline.
So I'm fine cutting this. It does come off as a bit too "Morpheus".

Hi guys & gals, Can anyone tell me if the merge mining capabilities implemented in git is actually working/complete & ready to use? Ta  Nope! Not Yet! Shame. Any ETA? He was shooting for block 600k. That was still the target last I heard, but the target will move if that's what is required to get it right. I'm ok with delays, so long as it works when it arrives. |

Well I like the "no hype" disclaimer and you bring up some good points in that list why this isn't your regular "someone tries to hype their latest instamined clonecoin to lure in dump victims" thread. UNO is a no bullshit coin, one that has shown pretty steady growth over a long period of time. Overwritten? Maybe, try my UNO Intro, but people seem to like it.  About facts: I'm not sure about the network being 30x as strong as LTC. You cannot directly compare hashrates due to the different algorithms. I'm fairly certain in proportional terms (% of total scrypt power vs. total SHA power) LTC would be stronger. Better to just leave it at UNO being among the Top SHA256 networks and the upcoming mergemining. Agreed. 100% taken on board re: LTC hash claims. And thank you for your learned response to the FUD guy over on Reddit! |

One Shibe correctly guessed two of my "Magic Words", rare, and fair, and I dually awarded him 200 grams.
I have privately filed away the list of 11 magic words with Falling Knife in Reddit private messages, so that it is clear the words are pre-defined and the contest honest and open to even all of you, except for Falling Knife (whom I will pay a fee for this "Price Waterhouse Coopers Keeping me honest" service) if he would like.
Those who frequent here (or come to lurk here because they discovered it on Reddit) are more likely than others to get a few of them, unique to our culture, correct.

right now it uses 422 MB to store the full blockchain on my computer - far less than Doge, LTC or BTC and most other chains. So the UNO rockchain is lightweight in comparison, which i think is great for the users. Give-a-way at Doge reddit is a great thing btw. |
