This is the future of UNO. Full stop.

The General strategy of Unobtanium 2015-2017.

1. Hold and collect monthly installments of UN.  (much like a retirement account)
2. Hold BTC.  Learn to "back UN with it" by book support.  (bitcoin investments used to support UN bottom line) ^{*Subscriptions?}
3. Hold PMs (if you like) for "buyer of last resort" fund.  
4. That is about it.  Simplicity.  Hence, a community has been built and will grow upon this foundation.

The algorithm is easy to understand ... at about 200k going to 250k in 300years.  The network security is easy to understand ... it is the bitcoin network!  Even the UNO rock chain is easy to download.

We will have slightly complicated UnEx alt investments in the back ground, but to any one familiar with basic trade instruments it is nothing new or difficult to understand.

And there might be side-chains?  Still a rumour  

Plus multi-signature contracts that utilized UNO as the 'reserve of choice'.

But all this is below the surface and available on 'page 2' not 'page 1'.

It's already there but doesn't kick in until block 600,000 as I understand it.  It's been tested and is just waiting for the deadline. 


I'm not sure if the pegged sidechains code has been added yet, but according to the guys from Blockstream, the federated peg implementation should be ready any time now. This was recorded February 3rd:

Note that Greg Maxwell says that not only is it due to come out in 1-2 months (from then) but that they have developers using it privately already, which may include UNO. Those devs who already have their hands on test versions should be able to release pegged sidechain updates for their networks very rapidly once Blockstream releases it.

Any predictions as to how the hash rate & trade value will react to the merged mining release? Will the hash rate see a large jump?

The hash rate is expected to jump significantly. The project is designed to secure the Unobtanium blockchain with high hash, making it the best long-term, low-inflation store of value in cryptocurrency.

has anyone noticed that the Shanghai Composite Stock Index is up 47% this year already? Why? Because the Chinese property market is tanking, and the economy likewise, and the Chinese Government has cracked down big time on sneakin'-your-money-out-through-Macau.

So further money-printing is assured . . . so stocks are booming.

Why mention this here? Well, I have no doubt that the fact that global Bitcoin activity is centred in China is because it's easier for them to see that the writing is on the wall for fiat currencies; and as this consciousness spreads -- the U.S. 'recovery' is smoke and mirrors, Greece just ain't gonna make it, etc. etc. -- cryptos will, IMHO, begin to make sense to a whole lot more people.

Truly, Prominerone, it's wise to know what you know and what you don't know. Figurin' out Big-Picture Stuff is a delight to me, but my knowledge of trading is kindergartenish.

But Project Hoover is booming. Uno should settle back into a generally-rising-in-price pattern shortly, which will put 'coin wholesaling' on track again. There are well over 300 Uno in the 'warehouse' and still four Btc left to keep buying.
