Sellers dribbling sub 0.0120 BTC UNO.  Prepare to fill bag.

Those sellers are being coy now.  They want us to chase them.

No.  We're hotter.  :-)

Morning, Rojan and Jelks. I'm not quite sure I understand (and I see the 300 on Cryptsy -- whoa! Gone!)

"I decided to accept some alts as well, the response to which was... whelming. That might be because I am incurring sizeable friction losses (bitpayments->cryptsy->BTC->BitPay) so I charge 5% on top with altcoins. So I am asking others - do you accept alts? How does this work for you? How do you make it work? Do you convert? If so, where? How fast?"

Exactly what 'The Mall' ('Project Hoover,' 'coin wholesaling,' 'Aggregated Resources') is is a solution to this guy's problem. If you recognise the long-term difficulty a low-volume instrument faces in this respect, put your shoulder to the wheel.

I know what our problem is!  Not enough memes, lately!

It's worth repeating...

The world's greatest collection of Uno memes is here.
Which one is your favorite?

I didn't find my favourite on that list. It's Prominerone's 'Black Monolith' ('2001: A Space Odyssey' theme) on our Facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=409247319213730&video_source=pages_finch_main_video

I would delight to explain this in a literary-critical-theory tutuorial. The anaology is superb: a beautifully wrought, unadorned, timeless monolith serving as 'signifier' for a crypto-commodity of Uno's nature.

Interesting observing and comparing UNO and CRAVE technical specs, market, and community.  Overall, I think the comparison benefits UNO.  I don't have any CRAVE, but I did buy some more UNO today.

tee hee . . .

I was looking at Crave when this came up. And a day later?

Wow, Uno is cheap.

And Bitcoin is cheap....

That gives me an idea.

IMZ, look at the UNO/BTC chart on Cryptsy: https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/133

Then at the upper right, see the "Depth" link?

The daily Tango dance between the green and the red blobs is hilarious!

Watch the "spread" between two.  (It changes on a daily/hourly basis.)

I'm in the green camp.  The Reds can chase me, if and when they want -- I'm certainly not going to chase them.

UNO is the coin you hold. You can see how many of the top wallets are holding Uno long term.  This is a shot of the rich list and shows how many of the top 20-or-so wallets haven't changed in 200 days or more.

I am impressed how many people have bought their Uno and just parked it for the long term.

Even so, many of the other top wallets are accumulating Uno.  Any activity re-starts the date counter

@ Rojan: thanks for your help. Support for newcomers (to trading too, like me . . . ) will be a pivotal resource in coming years.

Mr. Transactional (me) strikes again! Got 13 Uno worth of groceries on Friday. The local businesswoman ('CD') involved now owns . . . 346 Uno!!

And Crypoguild (Un-Ex) has sold 'packets' of 100 and 48 Uno, at a tiny discount, in the last few days. 'Crypto-currency barons' is what we shall be.

When I see  mentioned Paycoin I see something that is opposite to Unobtanium . Opposite Big Time ooooo man yes. Paycoin enters top ten shit coins with big money aggressive PUMP from the start. It's a losers coin for me Smiley Why ?: many reasons but this one is the big one:

That is example of how anyone would not want to look like this in the crypto world. I say to this trap crypto. But we going to see many like this traps in cryptoverse in future I guess.

“ I am incurring sizeable friction losses (bitpayments->cryptsy->BTC->BitPay)”

http://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/324hyk/merchants_of_bitcoin_what_other_crypto_do_you

Project Hoover is creeping towards ‘coin wholesaling.’ We assume – Ian and Cragv and others and I have been discussing the details for months – that we have the community’s blessing.

Why? Because it’s a solution to a range of problems, including the one expressed by the merchant in the quotation above: he’s copping ‘slippage’ when he sells his crypto.

Over 20% of today’s Uno purchases volume on Coinmarketcap went into Trades on Cryptoguild.com

And my budget should allow me to buy 12 Bitcoin in the next 12 months. It will all go into Unobtanium via the Guild (though some indirectly if we experiment with a Dnotes/Uno trading-pair).

We look forward to questions and opinions and guidance.
