No. The coin should not be changed.

Unless there is some drastic security vulnerability the coin should not undergo changes.

It isn't that rewards aren't high enough to keep mining interesting. Overall value of the coin is too low to make the rewards seem worthwhile.

I am having problems with the main UNO wallet not finding peers so i cannot sync the blockchain and thus using electrum. I am more than willing to host an unobtanium 'supernode' on my node hosting service. It is 0.1 BTC / year per coin, and I am more than happy to list UNO, either if the devs wish to hardcode it as a seed node and recompile a new daemon, or just a simple peernode which pools etc can add to their conf files.
