We always try to ensure that we are okay with gambling and we can bet for something. But after researched and analyzed, the judge said here:

In this case, I am not blaming betting or gambling. Sometimes, gambling and betting can also make someone successful and they also have very good financial management so that they will not run off their money for gambling. Yeah it's usually one lucky guy who becomes the millionaire, but they don't tell you how many people have to lose first before one can become the millionaire or win the Lamborghini. This is the saddest part when family member become addicted to the gambling their family is affected too . I have tried taking breaks myself. It doesn't work and makes the mind restless. Gambling is like a drug. The moment you leave gambling, you become calm initially, and then slowly the temptation builds up. It grows to the point when you just can't stop yourself anymore. Intense self determination, and intense discipline can help. Because our brains have already adopted to use gambling as an escape option, hence, temporarily it might help to take a break.
