You will not notice that you are getting addicted to gambling, it's the people close to you that will notice that, you will defend how you gamble even if you are losing a lot of money here, you will only notice it when you already have a risky behavior and you are acting differently and you are losing a lot so it's very important that we do always take control even on day one.

I agree.

All of the gamblers would deny that they are addicted to it because they are thinking that they are just enjoying, and that's nothing to worry about. The excitement they feel in gambling makes their brain trigger the "reward system" that makes them excited or should I say greedy whenever they are losing or winning. This habit will become natural to the brain that's why spending their money excessively in gambling is just a normal thing for them as long as they are getting the excitement.

The excitement is the risk they are taking and the profits they are going to get when they won.

There was even an article that blatantly tells us that social media has copied the method used by casino's and gambling places so that the end user will stay glued to his screen, much like the mechanism in place so that players of slot machines will continue to play long hours. For me that alone is proof that gambling places particularly the owners and the board of these establishments have paid great sums of money to hire experts that can give them good strategies so that gamblers will stay glued to their seats. The same chemical reactions found when using cocaine is the same reactions found when gambling and when using social media.

Of course, it is necessary to be very careful with gambling. If your gambling process will be based only in the excitement you will not see the objective situations when it is necessary to stop. I was playing on fairspin.io for a long time and I want to say that it is really possible not to lose there if you will use your brain. Often people become addicted when they are losing a huge sum and they believe that if they will make large bets they will win a jackpot once and come back all their lost money. Unfortunately, it not works in this way.

Indeed some gamblers didn't know to themselves that they have been addicted to gambling. Some are indenial about their addiction in gambling and they will says that they are just having fun and gambling for them was a n entertainment but it the mere fact that they have been into it almost a whole day, or as much time they can spend to it was already a sign of addiction. The only person who can tell them was the people sorrounds him that's why if ever one of your family members said it to you be curious and watch your own actions towards gambling.
