The temptation is sometimes unbearable that a gambler will sometimes take a risk. I wouldn;t consider it like he lose control nor him being cursed but it does happen every time when there is the need to make money in the easiest possible. The only exception that is not tolerable is using someone else money, taking a loan to gamble is even too much so all the more if its the money intended for the family's need.

Being addicted in gambling is a really worse situation that others finding ways to borrow some for them to play even no money left on their pockets. That's true even before I experience this also the temptation and the eagerness to play in a gambling to sustain your addiction. Well that's other purpose to make money or to grow their money in an instant way. There's really need of self control, self discipline and determination to our gambling habits.

It is Ok if you are surely to win,i mean that the one you will betting is cheater or have some Bot to assure the win.

I tend to disagree - people won't stop at selling the shirt off of their own backs if they can dip into other people's funds (or their employers for example).  If you have to borrow to gamble, or sell items, then that person has a problem.

I doubt you don't know you are spreading some negative on betting and gambling platforms with this but no matter how it appears, new gamblers will join. Some people see gambling as business for living and they can't stop to look for means of survival through it.

Different kind of addiction level is there for every activity and this is one of highly addicted behavior that is why the person can't resist their gambling urge even when there is no money to spend on it.And it also need psychological assistance to relieve from this kind of addiction simply saying stop will make them more addicted to it.

That will be different because the celebrities have more money to go to rehabilitation, and they can go to that place alone or with their friends. If he doesn't have a positive mind to stop gambling, I think it will difficult for him to stop his gambling time, and he can play gambling more and more. We can hope that his family or friends can know that he has a problem with gambling, and he needs help from them to solve the problem. Relaxation, having a new habit, or doing something will help him to cure his addiction in gambling slowly.

I only borrow some if i know for sure that i can repay after a x amount of time. I get some affiliate at the end of the month and i can see upfront how much that minimum will be.

Its unfortunate for those who try to make this as the earning source because in gambling there is no assurance you will make money. Also, house has the edge so chances of losing is higher than making profits. Those who lose money and then just play to recover may further lose money and may continue doing it and at a time they may get addicted to gambling.

The problem with a gambling addiction is that it changes you. You are not rational anymore and your actions become much more impulsive. Without you really realising it. Let's say you lose big one time, instead of evaluating what went wrong you only focus on making that money back. Which usually leads to higher losses because you are emotionally too invested. If everyone would keep acting rational there would be no gambling addiction. I think it's mainly the job of friends and family to notice a change in behaviour and gambling habits.

Lucky for him that he had a friend like you and other loved ones that do really tend to help for him to heal.There are people which are really that weak when it comes to particular situations where they cant help out themselves alone but rather do need some back up or help from others.

Its just really some rare occasion that you do have a friend which is really concerned about your status in life and you had able to prove it out that you arent only a friend in the good times but also in the bad and the most difficult ones.

One of the important things about addicted situations is there is someone they can rely on, and he's lucky to have a friend that will help him relieve his addiction. Your friend is not cursed, having a losing streak is normal in gambling especially if you are unlucky in bettings. Also, it serves as a lesson for both of you because it also affects you and lessens your gambling activities, learning the mistakes of other people.
