It is clear that they are talking about basketball, but why are there poems and poetry? I checked many pages with basketball matches - there is nothing there. There was an idea that poetry was a reference to basketball player Jakob Pöltl, who plays for San Antonio, but there was also no egg on the page of the San Antonio vs New Orleans match.
There are no matches involving the Los Angeles Lakers. And a reference to them would be logical, since their former player Kobe Bryant is known for writing a poem to basketball.

Who else has any thoughts on this?

Its more than just extra though for the total amount. I dont have the exact number because I wagered all of them away for tickets but I have gotten close to $50 ( including cash from the free spins ) already just by claiming those free eggs and there are still 3 more days to get even more.

Ah, yes sir! I know it already before I said I said that. I know he has given it on us super early this day, it saved few of our time and effort for looking where the egg is. I may be a little behind with my information, but is Duelbits not sponsoring anywhere at the moment? They have invested a lot of money in advertisements and promotions, it would fit the strategy and reputation of the site if they were now also an official sponsor of a sports club. I would initially think of a football club, they are generally very interested in such partnerships.

For now it's not but who knows in the future   Duelbits still focus on features and community so it still takes a long time to think about sponsors
They're old sites collecting BTC since it's cheap so at current prices they have plenty of funds to sponsor anywhere while Duelbits is a new site
Still need to build community and attract attention one of them is the Easter event this year.

It will become bigger soon
Once the Duelbits income becomes bigger, they will use the other strategy and not just follow the other casino using the same strategy because that will not always work twice.

They are doing well without any sponsorship deal also if you see but can also strike some major deal with any club in near future if they plan to do so.As a gambler I am interested in playing and winning on duelbits without some advertising also but meantime if they increase marketing budget they will plan something big.
