I am the only one in my household that is active on casinos and never modify my IP adress. I recently started using a VPN to get access to other casino, but always switch it off when accessing other sites.
Offcourse, I only have 1 account also. Live chat is looking into it, but 2h later and I am still awaiting reply. Will update here, if I get a reply or if the representative of Duelbits on this forum, wants to look into it that would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure that VPN could be the reason why there were not sure about the situation at all. This is why I use VPN and still do not put in too much money. At the very worst case I would lose money that I earned, and the very best case I would lose my money gambling anyway. Never deposited any big amount to any casino because I use VPN, well also because I do not like to spend too much money in gambling neither but that is usually never the big case.

All in all, I have to say it is really not a big deal, it is basically just a protection system. I hope that your problem gets solved, we all know you and we all know that you wouldn't want to scam, it must have been a mistake for sure.

Using free VPN may make you connected to other account because of same IP imo, free VPN is very limited so the IP you use can be the same as other users. What comes to mind for your case here is that there was one time when you forgot to switch the free VPN off while accessing duelbits, just a guess obviously. Same thoughts. Things like that happens and the worst is sometimes, we aren't aware of it. Probably accidentally browsed the site with the VPN still active on the background, or just started to use the VPN that moment and unintentionally access the site (also, maybe forgotten that the last site open was Duelbits's site).

Actually watching closely Twitter accounts but I prefer to claim bonus codes on Telegram announcement groups.  Two types of bonus drops work better, users should be able to claim higher amounts with 10k or over wagering requirements, IMO. Exactly as I thought that babygun uses a free VPN which can cause problems not only in Duelbits but also in any casino

This is based on which VPN that you are using. If you are using one that is very advanced then they can give you a unique IP as well which you could use. In that case, you would have to pay and it's not one of those free ones, but you would also be capable of playing with a unique one and you would be doing fine. You do not even worry about KYC in that case because if you login from let's say Vietnam, but you are an American person, you could say that you are living there.

Obviously, if you lie about where you are at the moment, you would have a bigger trouble legally because you gamble in an illegal way which is a problem, but if you do not hide where you are, but only what your IP is, then it's fine.
