I experience this too sometimes. In my case, I just restart my internet modem and the captcha verification is already removed. There’s an instruction too on the bottom part of the captcha verification that you need to install a certain google extension to avoid experiencing this same problem. The same with me its works fine most of the time i guess in the internet connection or having too much cache with your browser its good to clear too sometimes, if you don't want to you can use the ctrl + f5 for the hard refresh, if you are using a VPN most of the time its the network with the VPN might get too much time to load all the assets of the website.
