I never do it and whenever I have a question about something, I always go in livechat and just ask it. Seems the easiest and the fastest way to gather more information but sometimes it is not always 100% accurate. Some support agents are better than other ones...

Yeah, Usually was checked after the registration since user excited to play that's why they are creating accounts. T&C requires few hours to read and comprehend so this things usually set aside for players to immediately start there game. Yeah read the whole TOS is time consuming, but at least you read the part which you've a concern with it. Let's say you have a privacy concern and you don't want to play on KYC casino, you can type "KYC/personal/verification" in the TOS page... so you'll know does the KYC is mandatory or not. Read the specific rules about the games/provider you wanted to play is important too.

Its really a must to read the T&C of the particular casino before you play to become aware of their rules.
