VPN is make a confusion.

So, I not recommended to break any restrictions with VPN because can be used for broken their T&C. About currency, rather than reading the term & conditions just try to register and see inside of the casino.

When I tried to play games on some providers it says that it was not available in my country, I think this is still a country restriction so bypassing this can be illegal? there are still lots of games anyway lying around that I can play with no issues so I guess I will just stick on them. From your image, I am suspicious that somehow it is related to the connection address between your connection and other people who use the same address.
But it could be another reason.
I do not participate in sports promotions so I do not get that experience.
Maybe others fellows can explain better than me.
I hope they can resolve your case as soon as possible.

Your account wouldn't be banned because of that. I'm personally doing it, some providers are not available on my region so I am using VPN to be able to access and play the games they offer. Still, until now, I have no problems encountered even using VPN. Just do not abuse it, like using VPN to abuse promotions, rewards, etc. Also it is suggested that you use VPN which you're the only one that uses the IP (dedicated IP address).

This is the right approach. I have been gambling on opera browser with their inbuilt VPN for many many years now (probably over 3 these days) and I can say that I haven't been banned from here nor anywhere else.

What type of your VPN? Is it a free VPN or a premium VPN? Because if that is a free VPN, you share the same IP with other people and if that person also plays on the same website, the website will detect multi-accounts from 1 IP.
I believe you only use 1 account on many gambling sites and I am sure you care about multi-account prohibition and always want to stay away from that.
But it is better to wait for their clarification so it will clear our suspicions.

Are you using a premium VPN or free VPN ? If you use a free VPN there is a possibility that your IP will collide with other users who knows those who claim the code on twitter
I personally still use premium VPN to access Duelbits I am more comfortable using it even though my country is not banned, anyway I hope your problem can be solved fairly
Because I see the problem is not on both sides but from a third party.

Using free VPN may make you connected to other account because of same IP imo, free VPN is very limited so the IP you use can be the same as other users. What comes to mind for your case here is that there was one time when you forgot to switch the free VPN off while accessing duelbits, just a guess obviously. Sorry to hear your experience and I hope there will be a win-win solution for your problem.

There is a possibility that you forgot to turn off your VPN, it happens to me several times.  I believe that you are playing fairly but unexpected things happen sometimes. I hope you are able to resolve the problem to your favor.

What comes to mind for your case here is that there was one time when you forgot to switch the free VPN off while accessing duelbits, just a guess obviously.

Indeed forgetting to turn off the VPN happens a lot of time especially when our mind is somehow pre-occupied by other things.
