There has been many cases around with Duelbits but all of those cases that show no foul play on their site will be granted access to withdraw from their site so all you gotta do is wait. Complaining here wont help you a bit though

Did he wager all his deposits before making a withdrawal? If not, I think the system will be triggered, as it's not possible with Duelbet. If you deposit an amount, you should gamble the entire amount before making a withdrawal. This is done to avoid mixing of funds or what we call money laundering.

He only mention 90$ since it’s his profit but the total money involved on his account was 790$ which 700$ is his original deposit and 90$ is his profit. To summarized, the current amount that Duelbits temporarily holding in his account was 740$ due to the KYC while 50$ was already withdrawn earlier before KYC.

I think this is just a regular KYC probably due to his withdrawal pattern after profit or regarding the method on how he get that profit.

My KYC verification the first time I verify my Duelbits account took more than 7 days to be verified. Ofc it varies case to case basis but I experience worst waiting time like this on different casino.

It's natural that these CS people don't promise the time they need to work on your case because the team handling it hasn't given an ETA for this.
