Well, I honestly do not think so, I have come across some crypto exchanges as well that have different UI/UX for different jurisdictions, and personally, I think it's still boils down to functionality as well, if there are some features that can be available in a particular jurisdiction and won't be made available in another due to regulations, it's also very possible that the platform may as well have different UI/UX design for the different jurisdictions.
