I dont think that you need to place the free bet on the match at specific date. The expiration date for the free bet is the time limit for you to use the free bet not specifically tells you to bet on matches before that date (cmiiw)

+ refreshing the page didn't help (this is the first thing I did, including logging out and logging back in).

So complaining about fees isnt really that needed.

That was an unfortunate event but Betnomi wasn't a scam site.

How about withdrawing to other cryptos? Backreading, BTC, and ETH take a long time to withdraw but others coin only take several hours.

What did the support tell you about that problem?

Did you already do some computation like computing it on the rate where you request for withdrawal? No idea about when or what rate or time Betnomi converts fiat to crypto during withdrawals. Next time use other cryptos for much lesser fees in return.

Its not advisable to withdraw using BTC here since the fee is set to high, I don't know if this one could be fix and maybe they should allow there user to set their own preffered fee so that the user can set according to what they like. But for now better to use the coin you said since this is more ideal to use upon withdrawal and deposit.

It's pointless to play here if they use fiat currencies (USD/EUR) as balance , but only cryptos are allowed to deposit because you lose huge amount on unfair converts. The volatility of Bitcoin is very high. Maybe they send your Bitcoin in equivalent to your fiat balance minus the fee then the price got correct by the time you receive it. If you can track the time of your withdrawal request, You can verify the actual price of Bitcoin at that particular moment to backup your claim. And also about your complaint about deposit currency. I believe it was stated on there ToS before you sign up.

There was a problem previously where betnomi sent a withdrawal with too low fee and withdrawal stuck for 2 weeks IIRC.
It was doge withdrawal unfortunately which should be a better choice for players to get the withdrawal confirmed faster and betnomi do not need to pay big fee.
If betnomi prefer to have "no withdrawal fee", they need to assure players that they will send all withdrawals with appropriate fee so it wont get stuck.

Arallmuus, I know, (I have already used free bets, the matches of which were played with a significant time difference). I meant that the matches that suited me then had to take place with a difference of a day, (In any case, due to a mistake, I could not use the free bet). As for the match between Real Madrid and Liverpool, I was not very upset, since initially only 5 dollars were spent .. nothing, now I'll try my luck with odds of 100x.
