What's this got to do with anything? And is 4 books "many"? Got no problem doing the KYC but we both know it's not for any particular reason. Betnomi's no KYC claim is a gimmick for $5 or $10 withdrawals. I am having problems funnily enough but that profile hasn't logged on in 2 days. But if this take so long and they just do intentional delays just to take advantage on certain situation then this is not good to see especially for sure many people are still playing here.

Yesterday, we were under an attack, someone tried to hack into our system, and our developers are already investigating.

In other things i still cant see my sport bet history and i have to say its really anoying the sendin mail to confirmation. Yesterday for mistake i only close my web explorer and when i want to relogin again i have to check the email.

I know maybe you do this for security reason but i dont like this so much.

Our systems are safe and secure, nothing was accessed, and all sensitive information is encrypted.

For your sportsbook history, we will have a major update addressing the most known issues, including the bet history.
As for the situation where you have to confirm your device every time, that is not how it works.
You need to confirm only one time (the first time using that browser) or when something significant changes in your browser.

From what you are saying, I assume you have some user agent changer in your browser
that is changing the agent and hence the constant need for verification.

Please disable that, and you should not face the issue again. It has nothing to do with the IP address changes.
We do not consider the IP address in this process.

Well after a lot of time i update my feeback about this.

About the email confirmation, yes i have a very restrictive perfil set-up in my browser (mozilla), yesterday i try to log in with a chrome and the email doesnt require, so yes its in my side this time.

I have to use chrome or other browser where i dont have that configuration to avoid the anoying email.

Well, as the support staff replied in one of those screenshots: "It's not their fault that you filled the wrong information in your profile." In case you didn't know, it's always advisable to read the terms of use before you agree to them so you know what your rights and responsibilities are, and you won't have to be surprised when something happens and you're not sure why.

It's not a crime to make mistakes, but it can be a pain in the butt to fix them. Perhaps you'll learn from the mistake and do better next time.

This is a one-time procedure that is formal in nature, but if you do not make typos again, your withdrawal will be approved without any delay. Updates are in progress or already finished and we can see our bet history again, yaay. 
But some issues I've identified so far:


We can't visit beyone the first page, when selecting page 2 etc., no bets are displayed:





Personally I would add some more quick options to select a timeframe to view our bets like
- last 14 days
- last month
- last year
etc.


And most likely, there is still an issue for displaying correct bet amounts (it seems to be working at least for our win amount for successful bets):


It's all 0,00$ currently or 0,01$.


But good job so far, right in time for some World Cup bets on Betnomi.

The developers told me that they will try to fix everything before the start of the World Cup.
