I was not defending them nor challenging your concern. Sorry if you felt such.
That's (below) what I said, because you and another user were having a common problem. I would not even quote you if the same problem was not from the user 1miau. There are many newbies (Please don't take it on you, I am not telling you personally, the observation is in general) who basically try to ruin reputation of casinos for various reasons. So most of the time a complain from newbie needs more evidence than an established forum member.

You've scrolled past 4 people in last 2 weeks saying their withdrawals are delayed. Bet status unavailable for a month. Live chat told me they'd be "back in a minute" 20 hours ago. They are slow in all things.

Evidently, you do not understand how a sportsbook works.
There are providers who provide odds feeds and settle the bets generally not the Sportsbooks themselves.
The bet was settled as voided because there was no official result on the event.
Is there some information you can find on the event in question somewhere on the internet? Yes, of course.
Should the traders base their decision on random information on the internet to decide
the outcomes of bets from hundreds of thousands of users? It doesn't take a lot of thinking to answer that.


The problem is you assume the bet was voided only for you.
This a significant provider giving data feed to 126 different Sportbook across the globe; rest assured
every single bet on that event was voided, win or lose.
Its a standard practice - when there is no information, when the event is abandoned, when there is suspicion or confirmed fixed match etc

I've been wondering about this for a while and a good guy said that the filters used in the betting history should be fixed in a test mode at the end of the week (and it will take a few more days to release an update that will fix the related problems if they arise).

Most likely you are right as it has been my guess, too, like expressed here.
Probably I would just need to customize my timeframe to year 54754 and these bets would display again. 

However, successful bets are giving rewards, so it's really just a displaying problem. 
No hurry for Betnomi, as I know the devs are busy and solving that display issue until Word Cup would be perfect for us.

But wherever I go, in all of the casino topics, there is a guy who would call that casino a scam and try to warn people to stay away from them.

I am sorry but I do not think that "all" casinos are a scam, which means some of these people are wrong and their complaints could be legit but just because you have something to complain about doesn't make the website a scam right away. There could be troubles, and even maybe mistakes could be made, but if it’s not a general thing about the site, that’s not a problem.

If we know the casino is reputable so those guys post will not be valid not unless if they brought solid proof to support whatever claims they posted.
