First match of new season is Birmingham vs Ipswich, and it should be interesting one.

This is evident in recent seasons, where they have been relegated every time they return to the Premier League. However, what is quite interesting about this team is that they are always relegated, but they always find a way back to the Premier League.

Since their first Premier League title in 2016, they have consistently competed and remained in the Premier League. However, this only lasted for seven seasons. After that, they were relegated in 2023, and when they returned, they were unable to compete at the top level. It's quite unique that Leicester City always becomes the strongest when competing in the Championship, but when they return to the Premier League, they become the weakest again. As for Ipswich, I'm a bit skeptical, but of course they could become one of the strongest in the Championship.

Was just coming to comment that. Picked 1:1 in the pool and both to score on SB and was super happy when it landed in 95th minute. Just so I see that majority of pool has same result and I was thinking I am maybe the only one since people don't like draws usually.

But scoring system aside, EFL every season for me is about the draws and something I am trying to learn as much as possible to implement (my instinct always picks a winner and that's detrimental). Think the win was 21/10? But for me in my experience that's a draw in EFL terms!

This was a cracking start of Championship, and Sheffield United losing at home against Bristol City was biggest surprise for me so far.

Crazy game, Wrexham had everything in their hands and then losing game in such way. Can't say that I'm not happy, Southampton saved my prediction and bet.
In general, in first round big part of my pedictions was random guess. I just hae no idea what to expect from some teams. And so far I have done not great, not terrible.
BTW, I see that our pool reached 20 players. That's great, I think it's more than we had last season.
