The fact is that this topic is almost always on the first page of the gambling section.  And all BTT users see it all the time and probably read the latest messages.  So everyone here knows about this project.  But, apparently, the influx of new site users from here with BTT is almost exhausted.  Maybe one or two people will be added.  So this explains why devs is so little in the topic.  And the project itself has to advertise on other forums and on the Internet in general.  Apparently they are busy with this?

They will have events regarding Christmas but I am sure they will keep having these types of things all the time, not just for this one time thing but every time there is a global celebration.

Just like how every single e-commerce website has black Friday things. Same logic because if one place does it and others don't then that place will have unfair advantage, its marketing and you need to do marketing just like how everyone else does or you are going to be left behind.

I don't see any ads from them from any site nor any other forum so maybe currently they don't have any ads running anywhere and if they really want to focus on advertising bitcoin is the best place to promote your business since majority of crypto user are here so its good to maximize your existence and do something appealing so that the gamblers will be entertained to play here. Maybe its not feasible for them to continue this due to budget issue.

We cant tell that they dont have budget and neither this was intentional or doesnt really have funds because if they do look that its a useless to launch up some marketing ads then they wouldnt tend to spend up money since they know it would be useless

I think that futuur knows the potential that bitcointalk represents, many sites want to have visibility in our forum, it is clear that there are other forums where they can be promoted, but where the players who are heavier are, with strong investment, they always keep checking the section of Gambling and when they see good promotions they do not hesitate to take them, in addition to that the forum has users with great skills to determine the good or bad reputation of a site, and I think that is worth a lot today, because security is high and the risk of being scammed decreases.

That's it on the cases to case basis, imagine wanting to promote in a forum in which you don't want extending the advantage?
when almost every competitor(in gambling casino specifically) are putting their advertising here and there yet they remained in silence?
and not even being active for week sometimes Month?
this is not the type of company that will be boosted as the competition now is tight and there are new gambling coming from day after day.

To me it seems more like a project of the heart, which is not about commercial success, but rather about fun...

So I also do not quite understand why the devs of this project are quite few in this main topic on the BTT topic of their project. 
More precisely, I think that it is true that they are not very actively involved in the project, because it is most likely not the main one that devs are engaged in. 
But even if this is so, it would still be worthwhile to more actively post here news and new disputes that are offered on the platform in the topic.
