Hi All,
Just a quick update:
We are tracking the upcoming release of new mining hardware. We are preparing our announcement in the next few days. I assure you, it will be worth the wait.

One of the things that was highlighted with the founders club was the FREE hosting part. Can this be applied to ANY products you sell? (Can I buy a blade which includes shipment and have this hosted?)
Was kinda wondering the same thing, but I think this clears it up: This will give you special benefits such as: - Price Protection
- Equipment buy back
- Priority Shipping
- A lifetime of free shipping on all orders over $50
- Unlimited hosting & electricity for your miners
- A special login which will give you special, low prices on our products
- Your warranty replacement will be extended to 120 days (instead of 60 days)
- We'll let you pre-order our new products & services 24 hours before anyone else
It's unlimited hosting, ie. no 1 year free limit. It's free shipping on orders over $50, not free hosting on any product. To me this statement "Unlimited hosting & electricity for your miners" is very vague and I ask for clarification as what exactly this means and never got a response.. Hopefully someday GAW will clarify.. What I would like to know is does this mean Founders get free hosting & electricity for as long as we have miners hosted by GAW? I am wondering about this also. If thats the case then the blade thats listed in the members club section, would it include free hosting? Hi, thats correct ANY product that we offer, that we host, will be free for founders! I guess that means that ONLY the HOSTED options are available for free hosting and NOT all products - I asked if ANY product would apply for free hosting... We can not host a product that the infrastructure has not been built to host it. When we build it to be hosted, we will host it

I had purchased a bunch of units from GAW and one arrived DOA... GAW got me fixed really fast and I am very happy with their services! I reccomend GAW to anyone looking for some Scrypt ASIC's.

Hi, They will start mid-day tomorrow! Thanks Isn't mid-day 12:00PM? The middle of the day, as 12 hours past the 24 hour point? Not trying to be an ass but when i read mid-day that means 12:00PM. And I was assuming the Eastern Standard Time (EST), that's the time zone GAW is in....

how does hosting work? I already provided pool info when making purchase. Shouldn't it be pointed to the pool when it's active? I have been checking my pool all day today and as of now, 5/2/14, at 8:38PM EST no activity.

They will send you login and pw for: http://hash.gawminers.com/Then you will need to configure the pool. I am still testing out the gui and trying to figure out how to configure multi pool.

many thanks for your reply. If we need to re-config then why did they ask for pool info, user id, and password when me make the purchase in the first place? Guess i will find out soon.... waiting...

I am not seeing any hash rate on my mining pool. Let me know if you figure out how to get the setting right. Thank

Can I ask what the criteria is for who is a Founder?
My 1st initial purchase was on Mar 26. So does that qualify me as a Founder?
I am asking because of the up coming promotion that will be time sensitive for Founders vs Existing members.

This is what's keeping me from using the miner. I can't get rid of the http:// in front of my worker name and password. Send email to support@gawminers.com to resolve the issue. I am an existing customer and I have many pools setup in the UI and I don't have this issue. I am not sure why it does not work for you. I am sure Jeff will figure this out for you.

Do you know how to set up multi pool on gawminer? Using betarig as 1st pool then wemineltc on 2nd pool? Thank you

Also, the error rate seems rather high. Anyone know if this is going to be an issue?
