There is no doubt most of the projects coming are scams and just making money from an investor and scamming with them, and few projects are good and real; you can't say altcoins is a safe investment because every investment has the risk of loss and profit so this depends upon investor and every investor should be research about the project if wants to invest in the new coming project, it wants to invest in the cryptocurrency market then you can invest in top 100 altcoins in coinmarketcap, who have no experience they should not invest in new coming projects and should be investing in BTC, or ETH and XRP for making a profit.

i think, Investing in altcoins are safe as long as you know where you are investing. It's already given that there are also a bunch of scam projects that are just trying to defraud others by making them believe in their claims. But of course, not all altcoin projects are like that, so you just need to find a legit project to say that it's safe. And to know if a project is legit, always do enough prior research, know the team behind it, know their objectives and such.

In now days too much Altcoin Project are Launching one by one and all of them claim that invest in his project because we will be successful in upcoming days but in the end they run away and make a scam. They don't woory about people fund and stole them.
So how we can trust on altcoin to give us profit after investment. Because most of them become Scam and Scam. All of them has one Aim how to stole too much fund .
So how we make altcoin investment safe ?
Investing in altcoins has a big risk so it's really important that you'll know where to invest. Choosing top coins would be an advantage since they already have a strong foundation. Always choose trusted coins so you won't get scammed especially by new projects these days. You should always do your own research so you'll know how to get rid of scammers. |

It depends on which altcoins are you investing . If you invest in new altcoins , maybe you can make really good profit or you can lose your everything . But if you invest in good reputable altcoins like Eth, BNB, XRP,Link then I think your investment is Safe.

Not all alts can be safe for long-term investment as they change their price easily. Only top alts can be worth holding long-term maybe eth. But most of them are high risks as the lifespan of most alts is very short. So not really advisable to hold long term those alts. You need to be smart in choosing which alts to hodl long term. |

First, don't buy new altcoins if you are not confident with your knowledge in analyzing the potential of new altcoins. You will be safer to invest in top altcoins, at least you won't hold possible dead coins. There are many good top altcoins, you can choose Ethereum, Ripple, Stellar, ChainLink, Cardano, or etc. However, you should have a realistic target for them. Also, you need to update information about those altcoins regularly to know whether the prices probably grow up or decline. |

Why not top 10 for more safer.
It is very simple that where top 20 is better, this time top 10 is the best. First I say you should be wise. Of course it is a wiser decision to invest on top 10. But I say top 20 because in tup 10 you will miss some better coin like NEO,Steller, Monero, EOS, Filecoin etc. You should not avoid those coin. Of course you know, people got how much profilt from filecoin. |

Altcoin investment is not completely safe. But good profit can be made from good altcoin. By looking at the coins that are pumped with the increase of bitcoin, you can get good profit by investing in coins, even good profit can be expected from news base coin. It is never right to invest in Fomo coins.

You have to remember that almost all investments are risky even though the levels are different. if you want a safe (low risk) investment then investing in Altcoin is not a good decision. remember, if you want to make a big profit then invest in a place that is a high risk, you are not able to make a big profit if you invest in a safe place (low risk)..

Investment is a risk itself there is always a 50-50 chance you can not tell which altcoin would blow the market. If it's by reading and investigation I've seen so many altcoins with so much potential in terms of the team, the road map, and the coin market cap but end up being a scam and dumped project, I have so many of them in my wallet just hoping for the unexpected to happen in the future.

You should be aware of new altcoins which were created less than 1 year ago. They may assure you that their project is unique, but fails after half of year. Don't invest in new altcoins or altcoins outside the top 200, you will have a safe investment. It won't definitely bring you profits but you will not lose all the money invested because of the scam projects. |
