Your point is good but sometime this can give you good profit for this you have to do some work because every thing need some good intention for better result if you can give some time and effort then surely you can take some good profit and never keep all money in this try to have cashout after having profit because its very unpredictable market and any movement can give you some serious shock.

Now it is a matter of commonsense. You know Big investor and corporation are expressing their interest in Bitcoin they are not talking about altcoin, If investor and corporation are going for Bitcoin then which one is profitable do you think? Investor of Corporate level are not seeking only profit they are care about safety too, They got Bitcoin as a safe asset for holding long term that's why they are expressing their interest about BTC.

Only the coins or should I say Cryptos that are dead that are difficult to convert to cash because there are no market for them but if that cryptocurrency project is well developed with good teams behind it, there will always be work going on and new information releases to push project forward and there will always be market so you wouldn't have those problems you stated and for you being in this space, You also believe in crypto too and not just real Cash even if it is the end Goal.

Why do you think the only way to invest in crypto is ICOs? You can buy any crypto on a centralized or decentralized exchange and trade it. If you invest in projects where the dev team controls the supply, or that raised funds from the public, you have the added risk of rugpulls, exit scams, and dumping. I've been investing in projects that had no ICO, raised no funds from the public, and where there is no dev wallet to dump on you and crash the price, like RVN and 0xMR. even the coins you mention carry some risk. I think all the crypto assets on the market and even those that are still planning to be listed on the exchange all have risks. Even BTC has risks when we don't really know the asset and the market well. momentum is also very important, targets, and careful planning before buying must be considered. all altcoins have their risks and we need to understand better to reduce the risk of that happening.
