I don't really think that turkey can be proud because they barely managed to beat Latvia, a team that is rank 135 on the FiFa ranking list, while Turkey is ranked 41. So i would say they barely manage to avoid a total embarrassment of being out of the world cup next year after 5 games already. They totally deserved to win this game though because they were the dominating team but in the end it was also extremely lucky that they won it just because of the way it happened with the penalty that was given to them while we were already 7 minutes into the extra time which is a long extra time that happens not to often.

Turkey national team with Stefan kuntz after the new coach change. He has been getting good results in the last 2 games. The team had bad defeats before, I think this change will be the forerunner of their new success, and the results show this. But as you said, Latvia could not stand, it was much easier, the Turkish national team should have won. I agree. Turkey is performing very badly in the last official matches it played. In Euro 2020, they finished the tournament with 0 points and only 1 goal they scored. Even if they make it to the playoffs, they have a high chance of being eliminated. It's still too early to say definitively though. Maybe if they stay in the playoffs, they can somehow participate in the world cup.

Yesterday, as I predicted, Slovakia surprised Croatia with a draw! Once again I am convinced that when bookmakers heavily inflate the odds in non-obvious matches, they are misleading people!

I think today's match of the day is Denmark v Austria... Austria, although they haven't been playing very well lately, but I think they will be able to score at least one goal here...

I just saw the odds for this is also quite bad for Austria even though they actually played quite well in EURO. Denmark is expected to win though and they went really far in EURO despite the shock collapse of their star player, which in the end pulled the whole team together. Poland is a very strong team and can "kill" almost any other team if they reach their maximum performance. Albania will need a bit of luck besides their abilities, tactics, and skills to get a win today. But this is football and anything can happen.

Although there is no guarantee that Scotland can win vs Faroe but based on the meeting record we can know that Scotland has never lost in 6 match vs Faroe and maybe that includes friendly match. This was the expected result. Because the weakest team in the group is Kazakhstan. They have yet to win a single match but have drawn three. Ukraine's performance is stable. They have drawn 5 out of 6 matches. Not a single one was defeated. In today's match they will play against Bosnia. I don't think they will be defeated. This match is also more likely to be a draw. Ukraine's main goal is to ensure 1 point.

I hope you guys win your bets but just make a last double check which for me is a big red flag.The odd of Poland although being a huge favorite is over 2 at 2.10 in Bet365 right now a fact that shows that even the bookmakers are not sure about what is going to happen in this game.Anyway Albania will play without pressure as they already have achieved their objective to be at least in the top three and ahead of Hungary,tonight they have another objective which they found themselves fighting for after the historical 3 consecutive wins which they had never done before.To much drama tonight I think,personally I am betting a handicap that Albania starts at 1-0 at odd 1.8 which I think is fair enough.

It's just 1 win from the last 8 matches However, it is just 1 loss from their last 8 away matches. That defeat did come in their most recent road trip though that was a 1-0 loss to Albania back in September.
Dor England it's an upgrade challenge from Andorra but this is still a game that England should be expecting to win. It's been 3 wins from 3 matches at home in this group for England and I can't see Hungary changing that.
It might be a close game but I've said that before with England only to see them dismantle an opponent. Maybe I'll play it safe and go for the clean sheet victory.
