The CEO has just said they have no money left.
The CEO never said that.

Technically speaking he just said they are inaccessible.

...this appears to be all the fault of the trolls.
...
some of the blame could be placed at the feet of Ukyo...

Based on those calculations my guess is that the company is still in a great position.

Exactly. And apparently not! That is why the "problems with liquidity" raises so many questions.

Also, neither threats, nor the problems mentioned don't fully explain the disappearance of Danny off the scene. The vagueness and secrecy in dealings with Ukyo turned out to be fruitless (yes, we knew there was a promise of early payback in exchange for ostensible "involvement", but such deals never end well, nor are perfectly ethical), and I'm afraid the current attitude will also bear similar results.

These all seem too Nefario-esque to me.

MP should buy Neo and Bee and be the next CEO.

He said the bitcoins are only temporarily inaccessible.

Where are they then? He said there were no funds at GOX:

Yep I agree, and when the Cypriot authorities see who he is they will shut the company down and hand him over the the FBI. Great idea.

Let's get this Fuck. What's his address in the uk? I'll bring the chains and gas.

Given the nature of what has transpired I'd suggest you calm the fuck down re. the threats.

Theymos may well be the libertarian type but given the situation I imagine he'd be happy to co-operate with LE.

There needs to be pressure on Danny to release financial information.  Why are they having money issues a month after opening?  They raised a considerable amount of funds and the price of BTC grew considerably in that time, as well.  There is absolutely no reason why they should be having liquidity issues at this point in the game unless there was a gross mismanagement of funds or wrong doing.

His explanation is unacceptable.

Or maybe when TF returns funds for inputs.io and coin lenders.  It's pretty funny to have TF in here calling other people scammers.

This thread seems to be sinking to the same low brow sniping that took place in the other thread. I'm also starting to see some familiar people - sporket, lambchop and now TF.

Can we do something to ensure these characters aren't welcome here?

Well, the guy who started this topic has been banned, and thus can't moderate this thread.  He is currently ban-evading (a bannable offence) as ChopChop in his *new* self-moderated thread.

I'm a Neo shareholder that wants to see a normal discussion going on, without the MPEx bias so I'm starting a moderated thread.

Herp can't moderated the other thread for the next 5 days as efforts to ban him have succeeded.
...

There is no way to know that a user has been banned, or how long that ban is, unless you are that user.
Petty crime is petty.

What's curious is that thread has not been deleted and the ban-evader has not been banned.  Similar threads, without the pro-Neo bias, have been deleted by the mods.
