I always go for investing. Trading is a good way to make money but for that you have to some good knowledge about trading which I don't have. That's why I like to go for investing. It's easy and also I don't have to put much time on it. If you are new I would suggest you to stay away from trading first know about it and learn very carefully and then go for trade. The best I think has always been a holder. There are so many instances one loose out on market when you try to trade or outsmart the market.
When one is calm and buy at the bottom, forget whatever comes after your entry point, what's should matter is the exit point and soon as your target is hit, set a stop loss and take your profits swiftly with no stress.
One should also have a basic understanding of fundamentals and technical analysis before buying coin for long term. Buying at green candle or heavily pumped market may end up as disaster.

Also, investors are more likely to think of the assets they buy as savings that they will take out any time when the main money to meet their needs is used up to buy food and pay bills. They don't really monitor the price when they want to use it, and if an investor has more wages to work, they are more likely to buy stocks / crypto assets that they think are appropriate for future savings.

Investors think of a project from the start they buy, then care a little about volatile prices. But trading requires you to monitor the market at all times, whether you own the asset or when you don't own it.
