IIRC the support said that she will forward the suggestion to the management.

I also top up my "Pulsa", In case the OTP is can't be receive is because we need pay a small "Pulsa" to receive the SMS. Some providers can charge the "Pulsa" from us, If not the OTP is not will be receive.

Providers + Regulators then its not surprising on seeing these situations when it comes to limitation on whose only the ones would really be able to play on the site.

This should be address by BK8 if they really want to have huge number of gamblers, if they can’t verify even if they are qualified then the system should be fix. Live support is fast response, just contact them. I also have experience deposit problem, fixed it not really take a long day just wait until they update the system for OTP problem. I don't contact them for OTP problems because is not really a big problem for me, since I can withdraw with my local bank.

As pointed out by roycilik previously, the problem exists for Indonesian players only due to the OTP system. I'm not sure it is the system in bk8 or the system related to Indonesian providers. The OTP is needed when you need to add a crypto withdrawal address only and it can be added manually by contacting live support. It take few minutes only, so basically it is not a big problem.

I think in the future the casino will have a representative in the Philippines since they make up for a large percentage of gamblers in recent statistics.

BK8 will have to do a lot of improvements and possible adjustments in the rules as it is confusing and being mid interpreted by many users.

I've asked through support there isn't an official site there yet I suspect this is indeed related to regulations somehow they prefer Indonesia ,Malaysia , Thailand , Cambodia and Vietnam.

It has been answered by a BK8 representative before, the main reason why the Philippines is not available at this time is because of gambling providers cannot operate for the Philippines. They have also provided solutions, for Filipino members.

The reason is some of the providers are not able to support the Philippines country due to some reason. But Philippines members can register under local currency like MY, SG, IDR, VN, TH or KH

Yes it's true 12 characters is strong enough even on other sites they allow with 8 characters it's just that it depends on the character we use can be combined with symbols

What I am trying to say is that the password choice is very limited since the password maximum length is only 12 characters. They also do not allow to use special characters (which really helps to improved the strength of the password). Those are major concerns regarding password.
I do not know if you have tried to create an account, but I am sure you will notice the password restrictions if you did.

I do not know if you have tried to create an account, but I am sure you will notice the password restrictions if you did.

I have checked the script in the password column, the password is only a maximum of 12 words without special characters but if you use random characters it will be difficult to guess the password, we don't even remember if we don't save the password in an important file (don't auto save the password in the browser).

I found something new, password changes on registered accounts can contain a maximum of 50 characters, very cool.

I thought you are suggesting about 2FA as afaik there is no 2FA in bk8 unless I do not know how to activate it.
Afaik the only needed code is when we want to add withdrawal address.
In case of account hacked, the hacker can add their crypto address by contacting support of not receiving the code by sms.
Let me know if 2FA is already available and I'll activate it asap to increase the security of my bk8 account.

That is great since hackers cannot withdraw the funds. But it is still not enough, passwords should have less restrictions for it to be stronger (user's choice of course).
If ever there was an account that was hacked through the weak password he choose, since the hacker has control to the account, there is a big possibility that the hacker will gamble your money without your knowledge. I don't think anyone would want that.

The thing is, please, allow the users to have better password choice. Do not put these kind of password restrictions.
