So, if you forget to claim after making deposit, and you are remember few minutes later after your money is less than the minimum, then you cannot claim, unless you add a deposit and then claim according to the minimum and maximum limits applicable for promo. Another explanation has also been given by @ryzaadit. This is only for claims the promos, once you have successfully claimed, you are free to activate auto transfer again.

As long you have a balance, you can use the promotion all-you need to do are just (transfer - with apply the code) and transfer the amount exactly for the promotion.
