I just deposit 4.2k then play sportsbook, place around 40 value bets (each bet 50-100 usd) some win some lose, total balance around 4.9k in 2 days then they limit my max bet below 1 usd. I think i just normal for soft bookmaker not really surprise me, i have asked they support they just say they sportsbook provider place limit in my account, thats it Smiley
If the sportsbook provider has set up limitations to your account then Rollbit might not help in that case but you can ask for more help to see if they can lift up the restrictions or is it for any specific period of time? Or if you have violated any rule in regards to your betting system? Don't know much about it but hope you clear the issue soon.

I have ask their support and they say probably because their sportsbook provider put the limit and they cannot do anything about that. Well it doesnt matter, its common for soft bookmaker to limit account, but i can still withdraw my money so its not problem, i just cant use rollbit anymore.
I honestly do not know how feasible this is, but I guess maybe you should talk to Roll bit and see if they can help contact the sportsbook provider to find out what the problem actually is, this is if you think you are limited for no reason, I personally actually believe that sportsbook providers do not limit players for no reason, there must be something you have done to result to your limitation.

So if Rollbit can actually reach out to their sportsbook provider to find out why you were limited and see how the limitation can be lifted, I believe that will be fine, it can only take time, but then again, if you have decided to move on and use other casino, I believe it also fine but please make sure to choose another reputable casino.

In my case is have been resolve, i have withdraw all my balance (not more than 5k). Im only using rollbit for their sportsbooks and their sportsbook provider just limit my account so i cant bet more than 1 usd Sad so i cant use it anymore.

Lol.  You must be one of the sharpest guys in the site for them to limit you below 1 USD.  I recommended one of my close friends who makes 500 - 1k per bet to use Rollbit and he has been raking it in for a nice clip in MMA and there's no shenanigans like what you experienced going on.  

Aaanyway...  You guys have any idea when Rollbit is gonna have another NFT collection up?  I think the next collection could be a big one if what I'm thinking is gonna happen.  Grin

That seems to me to be a low balance and the truth is that I would not be able to do something like that because whenever I can I make bets but with very little balance, but if you put 4000 dollars and take it to 4900 dollars, it is something that I sincerely It seems very good to me, but I am not capable of assuming such a high risk, I think that if I have that 4000 dollars I am not capable of betting a balance as high as 50-100 dollars, I think my maximum bet would be 10 dollars because I don't I'm so risky, I'm softer with bets, because if I only bet 10 dollars and I lose it, I think that affects me because I would think about having it again with another bet, and betting 20 dollars on a martingale is not the idea.

You know that providers are doing business which is a common sense and if they do find out that if someone do make out some good wins over a course of 2 days on having that 4k + .9 profits with that time then safe to assume that provider would already be putting up some mark that this bettor should be limit out. This is just those typical approach that once you are profitable then you would really be looks like a threat on any betting platform. Wondering on what would be their words or actual reason behind about giving that $1 limitation. The good thing on here is that he do able to make out some withrawal which i do say that this is what most
important and if he would be deciding on playing or betting on other bookies or platform then it would be his choice. It is really just that not justifiable for Rollbits part on why their partner did make out
such act, unless if there are some violation of rules on which it would be understandable on why they had made out such decision.

this is complete nonsense. the provider can only offer coefficients, the limits are determined by the site. if the regulator or the court fines the site for limiting the account, will the provider pay the fine. for example, in France, the regulator threatened bookmakers with 2 years in prison for setting an individual limit. the provider or the bookmaker will go to jail. May the deliveryman impose the limit : Grin Grin

You can open another ticket to get the support team answer on this matter to know exactly what's the matter on this and they will provide further clarifications on this.So try to ask them first of all and make updates here if you don't get any firm response from their end but this issue will be solved as well.
Yes, maybe that's the only way to get an answer why the bets are limited, if there really is a system that detects fraudulent behavior there must be some reason, after all, their CS is quite active recently making tickets and they responded well, no problem, I'm also sure that they will explain very well what the actual problem with limit bets is.

I think if you don't get a reply here complaining about any problems it will also be useless in this thread, make a ticket or ask their CS directly so they can solve the real problem why the account and bets are limited, because it's impossible for rollbit to do that if there's no reason certain. there must be a reason that might be understandable.
I agree that having a chat with the CS would be the better idea, it is not really looking like it is going to be any different than that and it would definitely help a lot more than here. I am not saying complaints shouldn't be written here, if you want to you can do that very much so, you have the right to do that but if you really want to then I would guess that it is going to be a bit different on the long run.

The team can respond towards it but think he might be just putting false allegations against them judging from the trust ratings but yeah the last information and decisions depend on the team and I doubt they would do anything wrong unless some users abuse the terms.

Yes, or try asking for help by contacting one of the representatives from the Rollbit team on this forum, if they are really active, contact them via DM, but as suggested above, customer service is the basis for finding out how to solve the problem, usually customer service also has certain limitations. to access problems that occur to users and usually they only know the basic problems.

But that way they will direct it for example making tickets or someone from their team for example their technician who can solve problems in it, I never had a problem with this casino site I know they will probably be abandoned by many users and gamblers if they don't respond, but if they keep on being this casino getting big over time of course this casino is trusted and has a good reputation in this forum.

Every online forum is like a battlefield for image, and when false accusations come up, companies should act quickly to protect themselves.  Even though I agree that accusations without proof are useless, the same can be said about businesses. If Rollbit or any other online gambling site says they're honest, where's THEIR proof? A lot can be gained by being open about processes, licenses, and audits. The team don't respond too much in fake cases also because they deal with lot of them that are baseless without any proof or if they have cleared the matter and still accusations stand against them but in real cases immediate actions are also there and solved by the team.

The team don't respond too much in fake cases also because they deal with lot of them that are baseless without any proof or if they have cleared the matter and still accusations stand against them but in real cases immediate actions are also there and solved by the team.
The amount of time they would have to spend anytime someone would make a fake case and they would have to respond would have been insane. I think it is smarter to ignore most of them so that you would continue to do a better job in the end.

I get that there are situations where you would be able to make some situations change one way or another, but I think it should be important to make it work in a way that it could bring in some profit for them if they are going to spend some time on it. In this case, if there is a real one then they would respond because it is required and helps their brand, but if there is a fake one they  could ignore and we would see the fake ourselves anyway, so they would not get hurt in reputation.

The team can easily identify which is genuine case and who is trying to put fake allegations against them without any proof and they are legit in the business so won't cheat you for hundred dollars as they are running successfully with millions of bets so they ignore such fake cases to avoid wasting time as well.

I am a user of Rollbit and see the provably fair system has more or less the same principles as on Stake, except that unfortunately they don’t give the server seed hash before placing the bet, like for example on X-Roulette, which is nonsense from a provably fair standpoint. Sorry to say this but I like Rollbit and am actually owner of many Rollbots and sports Rollbots.

Anyhow please contact me so that we can collaborate!

I understand some of your point but not completly, about the fact that they give the seed to you after the bet placing and not before, what its the problem with that, i know in basi logic you want to know before, but also if it was after the seed have to check the fact that still probability fair.
