Most of the forum members think this happened because of Rollbit's irresponsibility and you are trying to kiss their ass without understanding what I am talking about. I was able to withdraw multiple times before. Support chat is not responding and keep saying they will check with a colleague.

I've completed level 3 KYC and already withdrew 30 times before.

I use the same username as here with my Rollbit account.

Have you been using a VPN (free one) to access the casino for any reason? OK then, there is absolutely no need to panic then, simply contact the Rollbit rep on this forum through a private massage and explain your problem to him, or better still, create a separate thread away from this which you've posted here, this will get better attention, you can do this on this board, no need creating it in the scam and accusation board since I assume this is not a formal accusation against the casino for scamming.

In all though, be rest assured your issue will be resolved, and you will get your money, since your country is accepted by the casino, and you have already passed up to level 3 kyc verification, maybe your issue is as a result of a simple system error, be patient and wait for the rep here to attend to you.

Understandably, but the decision to make fraud accusations is a bad step because you don't know the extent to which the platform you are using can solve every user's problems.

You need to read and research how the support process is done because it's not just you customers who need help, but there are many more customers.
See the problems that occur and what causes them to be work behind the scenes to then solve the problems you are facing.

In the future if you have problems again and have not received a full response, ask in this thread or create a thread to ask for help and complaints,
instead of making FRAUD ACCUSATIONS that cannot even be proven.
