Their infrastructure is the same. Betting sites are opening with a new name by changing colors etc. on the same infrastructure. Of course, after paying the sufficient license fee.
The claim that they do not have a license should be refuted immediately or if this is the case, it should be communicated to us.

Most likely people would always look for license once a new gambling site/bookie do pops out from nowhere. I cant blame though when people do look for license once you do launched up your gambling site in the market.

Its true that it would really be giving out some bad impression when you do start up on having no license but to look back into those sites which started up the same but later on had able to acquire some license then it isnt

The OP should provide a real clarification what is going on which is questioned by many people I see the site is almost the same as Nuxbet .com what is said @tomahawk9 is true how can this be the same if it is not just a clone.

If it's some sort of system they decided to use to block people from restricted jurisdictions (although if they don't have a license, it would be weird), there are more friendly ways to do this by making a page that says 'Sorry, but we don't accept players from your country' or something like this. it seems very clear that this gambling site has just been created.  since this is a newly created site, the actual development is still ongoing.  I think it's too risky to put money here ^{(although the deposit bonus offered is very tempting)}, it's better to wait until some time until information on this site like social media and their license is available.
