They asked for KYC for only 1.5 mbtc withdrawal. I have sent email and opened ticket
asking what documents do they need still no answer. Seems they just want to pause
withdrawals of max 1.5!!!!! and take some time. Very sad cause i thought since
they post in here they would be more legitimate. Anyway lets hope they will ask soon
but a guy in the forum said about 1 week for verification!!!!Does anyone knows
what documents do i have to send them?

my withdrawals on betop (limit 2 mBTC max) always last approx. one week (7 days) until I get paid. my recent withdrawal request is from 08/19 and it is still unpaid. why does it take so long to process the payment? If I can only withdraw 2 mBTC each week it will take me 1-2 years to withdraw my account balance...

my withdrawal request from 08/19 was paid on 08/29...ten days after I requested it and it looks like I got only paid because I contacted the "Betop.GG" user her via PM. Next withdrawal request (max. amount was decreased to 1.4 mBTC per transaction) is still unpaid which is very annoying. It looks like you have to write here or send a PM to user "Betop.GG" after each withdrawal request in order to get paid. I also send support tickets on their website and emails but I did not receive any sufficient response so far.

We rechecked, and overall you've got processed already 29 withdrawals, for more than 80mBTC($3300+ for now), before you were asked for KYC, so it's not fair to say that we asked you for only that withdrawal.

I didnt say i had only 1.5 mbtc withdrawal but limited to 1.5mbtc that takes emails and support tickets
in order to be processed. and apart from reporting the withdrawals you forgot to mention that i have almost 100mbtc
deposits thats why i am wondering what may happen to people who wins hundrends of mbtc. so if for a reason i wont
get paid my balance at this moment my deposits are more than withdrawals so my account is a losing one.

If so, and KYC verification is essential for any cash withdrawal, why is it not required for all registering users at the beginning. If everyone has to go through it anyway, then not requiring it at the very beginning only at the moment of withdrawing money is a kind of manipulation. Don't you think guys?

Hello, KYC is only asked after request from security team, it only were asked for small part of users, and for example for some of them after already processing 25+ withdrawals etc.
