The Arizona Senate's Election Committee continued the second part of a hearing on Monday that began last week, featuring testimony from election integrity proponents. Shelby Busch, the co-founder of We the People AZ, and Heather Honey of Verify Vote, went over five areas where their team found apparent law violations by Maricopa County in the 2022 election.

Busch said during her presentation, "We want safe elections, not convenient ones," sparking applause from the audience. State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-Flagstaff), the committee chair, kept a tight rein over the proceedings, often calling out the Democratic senators on the committee when they were out of line. One used the phrase "election denier," and Rogers told her it was inappropriate.

Busch explained that her team found many violations of the state's Election Procedures Manual (EPM), which are class 2 misdemeanors. The statute that addresses the EPM, A.R.S. 16-452(C), states that "A person who violates any rule adopted pursuant to this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor."

Busch's team submitted public records requests to Maricopa County to investigate the 2020 and 2022 elections. Although the county turned over some of the data, there was a significant amount that it refused to or heavily redacted, which Busch is now fighting legally. One of the county's excuses was it had misplaced the data.

So we recently found out Sidney Powells source of the Kraken conspiracy theory.  An email from a woman who described herself (accurately) as "“pretty wackadoodle.”

What was the evidence for these far-fetched claims that Powell sent to
Bartiromo the day before the broadcast? An email entitled “Election Fraud Info”
Powell had received from a “source” which the author herself describes as “pretty
wackadoodle.” Ex.154 at FNN001_0000009-11. This email—also received by
Dobbs—alleged Dominion was the “one common thread” in the “voting

irregularities in a number of states.” Ex.154 at FNN001_00000009; Ex.98,
Bartiromo 123:19-134:13. In addition to promoting lies about Dominion, the sender
claimed that Justice Scalia “was purposefully killed at the annual Bohemian Grove
camp…during a weeklong human hunting expedition,” and that former Fox News
CEO Roger Ailes (who died in 2017) and Rupert Murdoch “secretly huddle most
days to determine how best to portray Mr. Trump as badly as possible.” Ex.154 at
FNN001_00000010. The author continued: “Who am I? And how do I know all of
this?…I’ve had the strangest dreams since I was a little girl….I was internally
decapitated, and yet, I live….The Wind tells me I’m a ghost, but I don’t believe it.”

Oh yeah, I saw some reporting about that woman being a source of the alleged election fraud there in the United States. Absolutely insane she could be taken seriously by anyone who would call themselves to be a reporter, let alone for a serious News channel.

The point is not the lies. Everybody lies a bit now and again. Good people tell untruths by accident, or because they are weak with fear at times.

The point is the truth. That's why the Jan6 Committee and their associated Senators and Congressmen who are against Tucker, are criminal liars. They aren't lying by accident or because they are living in fear. They are lying about Tucker because the truth he is showing is eating into their profits.
