The now-dismissed suit relied on baseless conspiracy theories spread by the former president and his supporters. I don't think the commander in chief has the authority to order the Military to run a new election even if he wanted to.  If that were to ever happen, it would be through congress.  I think the last commander in chief considered ordering the military to get involved with the election, which lead to every living former Secretary of Defense to sign an open letter warning about what would happene if he tried.

Luckily, Biden is now president, so we don't have to worry about something like this happening any more.

I do not know the particularities of the US electoral procedure, but I find it very hard to believe that in a developed country a large scale vote fraud could take place. Elections are highly supervised procedures, with interveners from all political parties. I am not saying that fraud of a few votes can be committed at some small table or in some small place, but on a large scale I see it as practically impossible.
