Team Liquid on the other hand is performing better compared to Navi even though they're in a similar position they're able to grab at least a map in that one losing series. I already placed my bet on Team Liquid@ 2.04 since they're the value pick and Navi nearly lost against Heroic who are playing with a stand-in.

But today OG is playing them for a place in the semi-finals and they took the first map. On the second map it looks like they made some adjustments and are now on their way to winning it so to tie it up. Anibus as the decider map. It was interesting to see the stats on this map actually.
There were some glitches that were not fixed before putting it into the map pool that were resolved with an update but they didn't apply it for this tournament:
"On Anubis, several spots where grenades and guns could fall through the ground have been addressed, along with various clippings that caused issues with throwing grenades and players getting stuck — the arch leading to the B bombsite among the most notable.
These changes are not expected to come into play at the ongoing BLAST Premier World Final, which is now heading into the semi-finals. The tournament runs on an old patch, dating back to even before the next-to-last update that disabled so-called 'magic' molotovs on Tuesday."

I am not aware of the bug and glitches in Anubis. We have seen Anubis being picked up as a decider match in the playoffs, but I have not seen the bugs and the glitches or maybe I missed it. But anyway, I hope this will not affect the Finals if Anubis is picked up again as the decider map.

Will be supporting G2 this time in the finals match against Team Liquid. I think they are more consistent than Team Liquid and Monesy is a monster right now. If he continues to play like that, I am inclined to think they can end their year with a Championship win.

I'm also rooting and betting on G2 @1.87 their odds are just too good when they've been sweeping teams.

Team Liquid had a great run as well but G2 seems more solid after taking down Faze while Team Liquid struggled against Faze in the group stages.

Unfortunately no  Spawn advanced further in the upper bracket and is now one series win away from qualifying while Neon got knocked down to the lower bracket.

Yeah, imagine the former captain of Lilgun is going to play against his former team and playing for Drink Water. He knows well his former teammates and that can be used against them.

Actually, I like this team Lilgun but without sanctity it's no longer the same from what I've used to see them playing against other SEA teams and beating them out.

That issue from YG made Drink Water easy took that slot for division 2. Well, I'm sure that the DW players were happy that it had to happen and now, there's no more blockage for them being in the div 2.

Div 2 for SEA, there are interesting teams out there but it's on a holiday break and we shall see it soon so, congratulations to teams who had made it.

A week ago there was also big news that happened in the Dota pro scene as PGL reported a case of account sharing between different pro players including a couple of notable players like Koma (VP's new carry player).

Unfortunate for these guys to receive a permanent ban but it's crazy that they had the courage to risk the career they've built up though.

So it was true, that Sam Bankman Fried was an avid player of League of Legends. To the point he was playing while having conference calls with other CEO's of huge companies when putting together multi-million dollar deals in the process.

What is next for NA Dota at this point ? They have only 2 teams left there and the new ones will emerge from DPC League 2....looks like a dead region in Dota .

The old EG roster will keep on playing in the NA DPC since that was somewhat confirmed by their captain Fly.

Some disturbing news coming from the DOTA2 arena with a deal being pulled back from TSM made alight earlier yesterday.

That was kind of expected after the disaster and the TSM players might have to wait a bit before they could remove the FTX part from their dota2 pro name since it's the off season.

There were some who had shirts with the logo during road to rio so I am imagining this will affect their deals with the now defunct exchange as well.

I didn't even notice that FTX was sponsoring a csgo team and throughout the tournament, the imperial jerseys are always the ones that catch my eye.

Too many teams have disbanded and sold their rights of the team to another team. And they did that because of their lack of success in the Dota 2 scene.

They've invested a lot but they never got the results that they're wanting. Well, that's the least that they can do to at least get back a bit of ROI.

To sell the rights of being in the division 1 to another team with a good set of roster. This has happened mostly in the SEA region, look at the teams there for the upcoming dpc season.
