Didn't know dota2 are the same. They don't put their full squad in these type of lower tier tournament matches do they?

In the Betboom tournament for Dota 2, I only remember that some underdogs played better than most of the favorites. If it was an online tournament like the regional tournaments, maybe it could've been different because half of the teams didn't hesitate to get a stand-in and take advantage of the rule.

Also, I agree on skipping and only watching these tier-two tournaments unless you have the guts to sprinkle a bit of your bankroll on the underdogs.

What a comeback from MIBR against Cloud 9  but then I looked closer on what tournament they are and when I saw Dacha Boom I knew this games are just practice for big teams because the same things happened in Dota 2 tournament when the favorites when home first and we had a lot of comebacks. I also recommend to not bet on Boom tournaments....like ever.

I don't even look at the matches in these sort of tournaments. They just seem to be filler with a few teams and the main squads don't even have the heart into it since they are not well known ones to even be in.

Yea ...like BetBoom the team who were favorites in their own tournament decided to leave 1st from that tournament in order to prepare for TI ( this is what they said )...so yea , I can't even trust this tournament as a real one but I don't have anything related to esports to watch so I'm pleased with this one for now.

Per example look how Furia 2-0 Astralis last night and now they are playing Team Spirit ( CS team is really mediocre on Spirit ) and somehow they are losing against them ...which makes this tournament even more suspect for me.

They showed alot of upcoming releases for the Christmas season and for next year into 2025 of course for GTA VI. Although not even a mention about the game as it is the bar every other gaming house is trying to reach towards right now. It is their competition from now til it releases, then they will all lose their $h1t when it does eventually come out.
The show was basically a two-hour long commercial for all the big studio houses to show off their new wares coming out and the technology behind them.
Notable ones were Fallout 5, Monster Hunter Wilds and God of War Ragnarok Valhalla.

BetBoom vs VP in BetBoom Dacha CS will start in a few minutes. It'll be interesting to see whether BetBoom can pull off another upset like they did against C9 yesterday. The 3.00 odd for BetBoom seems attractive considering that.

Just hope you went with you gut feeling and put a decent amount on them. Because as some have already mentioned, these professional top tier teams do not seem to take these smaller lesser known tournaments seriously so they either don't have their full roster enabled and playing or just avoid them all together.

Blast Premier World Final is coming!
Starts tomorrow with all the big teams coming to play and ends on this Sunday in a grand final matchup.

The first game I've been watching from this final tournament of the year are between Faze Clan vs Heroic in the Blast Premier World.
It is looking like they will be winning this one with a scoreline of 13-12 in OT so far.

Didn't realize that Frozen replaced Twistzz on the roster before this match up. But it was announced earlier last week near the beginning of the month.

Earlier today Ence vs Navi series was the craziest Bo3 in a long time in counter strike, as Ence comeback on map 2 from 11-5 to win 11-13 and then Navi won map 3 from 11-5 to 11-13 , never ever seen that before

Oh , G2 were so close to win 2nd map and beat Faze with a fashion 2-0. However , map 3 is Anubis and I really don't like how Faze approaches this map and I think G2 with Niko being absolutely on fire today on both maps so far will find a way to clutch and win 3rd map for G2.

Odds are so massive in favor of Faze but on the same time Faze really dominated 2023 so far and they won everything ...from majors to small and medium tournaments and I think it's time to take a break and enjoy the rest of the year without thinking and playing CS 24/7 and also give G2 the chance to shine.

This tournament is in Abu Dhabi so no wonder when I wake up they are right in the middle of a map or are on the second game of the series of the day already.

Faze are the favorites in this matchup but Mouz are no slouch.
So it might be a safe bet for the over 2.5 maps for this one.
Now Team Vitality are good on paper but when it comes these semis they seem to always find a way to make it hard on the themselves and rigging themselves close to the finish line.
So I will be backing Navi for this one with their most recent additions to their reformed roster.

I'll be rooting for Team Liquid to beat AR in the lower bracket final and hoping to see another classic Gaimin Gladiators vs. Team Liquid in the grand finals.

I am waiting for the 4th game. I want to see this go until 5th map so that this ESL is worth the wait and it is for the fans.

This only means that AR can really manage to win GG in group stages, they beaten GG 2-0 IIRC.

Kinda surprised to see Liquid losing today as they had the perfect revenge spot to end their year in a fashion victory against GG but Azure Ray really played better than them. However , the outcome might be the same as GG is already leading 2-1 in the finals with game 4 on the way and it doesn't look good for AR but if they can delay the game until min 45+ then Luna as carry will simply destroy the map.

Even though Faze lost, it's still impressive that Faze retained their performance after losing Twistz from their roster.

Blast Premier World Finals 2023 was a no contest with Team Vitality taking it away from Faze just like candy from a baby.
Without Twistzz it seems their replacement was not big enough of a talent to fill his shoes.

Next is going to be DreamLeague and I think that we'll still a lot of shuffles from teams to teams. There are more orgs coming into the Dota 2 scene that came from the CS2 community.

I think this is another exciting year that awaits us. For the meantime, there are regional small tournaments that everyone can check.

So many rumors today in Dota 2 pro scene. First of all , we have Ramsez666 who suddenly left 9Pandas and this means he found a new team to play as carry because playing as offline is really not his style. Now , I'm curious what team he will choose or if he will choose a team at all.

Another big rumor is that Sumail will keep playing in Asia next season as well with suggestions that Bleed esports might snatch him into their roster.
