From another thread:

And they've been saying 4-6 weeks for quite a while now. At least photos are turning up now and again. I'll buy one as soon as customers start receiving them. Until then I'll keep my 5870s going.

I completely concur.  I actually e-mailed them and had a few exchanges back and forth.  This is an exact quote:

"we're just preparing our first shipments now.  Stand by for a few days and you'll see units in the wild."

I look forward to speaking with someone actually using one.  B/c the price for the 832 ghash model isn't bad, especially if it's quiet, cheaper electricity, easy to setup, etc.
Hmm. No tracking number yet.

Does anybody have any info on that company and the people behind? Doesn't the company have a publicly listed director? Why the secrecy about the last name (K)? I am a bit unfamiliar with the US system, but is there no company report available online?

I apologize if this was already covered in one of the previous threads on BFL, I only read this one.

Yeah it was covered but the threads are way to long and have been trolled to hard for any sane person to read. They claim to be a company but have not given any evidence to support this. They claim to have registered online in the state of Wyoming as a company but this can not be verified. Many of their claims like being Incorporated are just flat out lies.

So it doesn't really help that the registered agent resigned a few days ago and the RA status is now listed as 'Delinquent' at the Wyoming business registry?

I just don't want anyone to forget this gem...

So by "digging" do you mean you read the first thread, posted several months ago or do you mean you duplicated the effort others already went through?

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

He might be here from Something Awful. From what I've seen they seem to be very proud to have rediscovered all this recently. Grin

I called the property management company that leases those apartments. The lady scoffed at the idea that someone was manufacturing anything up there.

Maybe you know the business address Inaba, but I was unable to find it, just that sub-par apartment in KC MO.

I mean to say that I unknowingly duplicated the efforts of others.

How many do you have pre-ordered Inaba? You should get them before everyone else, right?

Anyway I guess either the buyers are being kept in the dark, or they all know this and don't want anyone else to know:

"there's some problem with multiple devices that needs to be debugged"
However it does seem that they have at least some working ... or pretending to work remotely Smiley
So it looks like the current delay might be software ...

I'm posting that only coz it's the first bit of info that I have actually heard that suggests anything at all since Inaba got to test one and they had to redesign it Tongue
(and no I won't say where I got it from and yeah it could be all lies Smiley

So you seem to have found the address for his wire transfers (great detective work there) and latched on to that.  Firstly, I'm not sure why you're assuming that the address he receives wire transfers to is the same address they manufacture these things.  Why would it be?

Secondly, you seem to still be stuck on the "it's a scam!" bandwagon.   Even the hardcore trolls in here have given up on that one.  If it is a scam, it's a bloody intricate one.  I think you can give up on that broken record.   Try focusing on the delays instead, at least that's true and you can milk it a while longer.

RoloTonyBrownTown, I wrote this really long rebuttal, but it was delayed. You would have loved it though.

I don't think its a conspiracy. I'm not taking a position. Its still a puzzler to me though, and I'm wondering why it still isn't a puzzler to you RoloTonyBrownTown.
