That dream fight already happened, in fact, they had already faced each other twice and in the 2nd fight, it was Canelo who won the fight. We know a trilogy would be an exciting one, but we should respect if Canelo does not want it anymore, besides, he is still dominating in his division and has nothing to prove anymore.

A trilogy with GGG may not be too exciting anymore for me as GGG has declined a lot due to age obviously while Canelo is in his prime at the moment. We might see another Pacman vs Ugas where the older fighter could hardly move  .

AFAIK, all the fights of Alvarez are entertaining, including his fight against Mayweather where he was totally schooled.

Schooled? That's not an appropriate thought because Canelo is just in his early years of boxing when he fought Mayweather. Lack of experience and don't have yet some of the special moves. If they will fight on prime, Canelo has the chance to beat Mayweather.

On the topic, it seems that some boxing analysts consider Caleb Plant can take a chance to win the fight. Maybe they are referring to both boxer's current training regimes.

I know there are many who wanted to see Floyd Mayweather loose, but he was too good a boxer that no one was able to defeat him. I don't think it will end in a decision unless Plant chooses to run and refuse to engage, Saunders did a good job avoiding Canelo's big punch in the early rounds but eventually got caught in the latter rounds, Canelo is so good at sizing up his opponents and working on the distance, Plant should do better in the counterpunch, and being the taller man he should use his reach and height advantage because he will have big issues when Canelo start connecting.
Because of the bloodbath between the two, it'll definitely end in a knockout of course I'll go for Canelo, he's a complete fighter.

They will only do this to intimidate the other party, it will work if we have two fighters trying to prove themselves but these two already champion unifying the belt, I don't think there will be a discussion of their fight plan, they both want to surprise each other, I see Caleb trying to employ a new strategy to counter Canelo.
Both fighters have great game plans, they both have good camps and it will just go to who can implement the game plan better.

It's not Canelo's style he is a slow starter sizing up his opponent first and checking if he can take his punch, and how hard the opponent's punch, a sign of a great technical fighter who can adjust very well in every circumstances, the first three rounds they are going to size up each other and on wards they will adjust and who has a good gameplan and can execute better than the other will win the battle.

Haha, got a feeling too that if the opportunity presents itself, Canelo would go for the knockout in the early rounds but hope it won't happen and instead he would punish Caleb Plant the whole twelve rounds   .

That's really attractive if only he is not fighting Canelo, I guess there are still bettors who put money on Caleb but they are just probably gambling for fun because you know, anything can happen in boxing and upset do happen sometimes. With 7.00 odds, that would give a huge return of our bet, maybe just a spare amount is enough for that low chance odds of winning.

However, if you like big odds, maybe try to bet on Canelo and predict what round the fight will be over.
