I really don't quite understand,
This post, can make you easier to understand.

As a newcomer to the community, I have also participated in the suggestions and imagination of a small partner built by the forum App;

  • 1. When people start to move from the PC to the mobile phone, we are bound to make some changes. This change conforms to the intentions of the people, and builds an app with the original intention of maintaining high quality in the forum, and joins some groups. The group function allows users in various countries and regions to communicate effectively.
  • 2. Set up some reward mechanisms for high-quality posts, so that everyone here is not only spiritually driven, but also rewarded.
  • 3. Set up a group function so that everyone can learn and communicate effectively in this group. I have to say that the communication method 10 years ago should now be added with some diversified functions, and more young people have also joined in. The level of our life is increasing in all aspects, to meet some of our delays and misses due to timeliness. Your good ideas and good friends will be more beneficial to push the forum forward.
  • 4. The app can be launched in stages and recruit volunteers from the Bitcoin community to participate in the development. I think only friends here can do what we want.
  • 5. We come from different countries and regions. We need to overcome language barriers and expressions to get effective communication. I think a large number of partners have encountered the same problem.
  • 6. Offline communication is also a very important link. It will be warmer than online communication. We can regularly send offline communication meetings so that friends who love Bitcoin can meet and interact, so that this group can be more powerful and affect More people join the cause of building the forum. Of course, my ideal is to be able to show up a Bitcoin tour of the Holy Land, where Bitcoin can be used to pay for anything, hotels, museums, convention centers, restaurants. . . .
  • 7. This friend said very well @fillippone What is the biggest driving force and asset in the past 12 years: community. Regardless of whether it is a community giving back forum or a forum giving back to the community, what should we do to give full play to the power of the community.
  • 8. Some boring sections of the community can be removed.

As a newcomer, I think I shouldn't talk so much, but I really love Bitcoin, love this place, and love the people here, so I'm sorry to say too much, please forgive me.

All troops are lowered in that thread.

8. Some boring sections of the community can be removed.
I'm citing your community's main point of view.

If this Merit is Bitcoin, I can understand it, but Merit cannot be exchanged for Bitcoin or cash. I really don’t understand.
What are you talking about, don't pretend you don't know.
you yourself say, you yourself do not understand, strange.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Bravo!
Some random dude joined the forum on June 13th, 2019

🚩 Starting from the first post he knows what he wants
>Ratimov takes article in Russian
>Uses Google translate on whole article
>Posts in English
>Passes off as own work ("In this article I would like to touch upon")
Result: Earned a lot of merit.

🚩 Fooled the merit senders, the entire community.
...English is not my native language and I cannot create completely English texts myself, without auxiliary tools....

🚩 An arrogant lower level cheap disrespectful towards others who he does not like and trash talker. I don't need to quote anymore to prove it. Anyone can see it from his attitude towards others.

Read his posts history. How many will agree with me that his English is very good, better than my English who lived in England for over nine and half years and had a higher degree from one of the University there. It's like in only 8 months he had a massive change from using auxiliary tools. Grin

Takes:
Ratimov was not someone who started the account Ratimov. Before creating the account Ratimov this guy had months if not years of experience on the forum. After the introduction of merit system when he was not ranking up because of shit posting and realized that shit-posting will not earn him good money, he drafted a blueprint and the product is Ratimov. I would not wonder if this guy has more accounts and milking this forum at its top level. How this guy or guys like him are not dangerous for this bitcointalk community?

So Ratimov came up with a nice theory. One guy can manage 60+ accounts.

The pharmacist as usual, "Right/wrong, I agree/not agree, ..... keep reading, ..... keep reading, keep reading...."
(You don't need to read, he really do not add any value. 50+ posts a week is what he cares)

As usual LoyceV but hey at least you do better than few others, follow and respect rules.

nutildah (huh! you are killing it man! 5K+ merit!) Stop this shit of connecting account with no solid evidences but guessing from post history.

Suchmoon, right? How about F**K you!

Good old DdmrDdmr. Keep it up mate.

Where is xtraelv? Lafu? Hilary (I have no bad feeling for you anymore, but I will still say that you ruined me on the forum. I was a dedicated loyal forum user. But you thought me as an alt of S_Therapist which was a complete wrong accusation and I could not take that easily), where is moronboroza (I have no bad feeling for you too anymore.)

This place hasn't improved at all, sadly.

I have no love, sympathy for anyone who is plagiarist but this is ironic when you all are finding plagiarist, banning them from a thread that have been created by a well-known plagiarist and no one is even talking about it anymore LOL

I think you guys are doing the same mistake that have done on me and S_Therapist.

RainbowKun has been targeted and Ratimov is having fun. You did the same to mdayonliner when xtraelv was just having fun. If anyone is dangerous for this community then it's users like Ratimov and xtraelv

PS: Ratimov and xtraelv has their differences in interest ofc.

Be happy be at peace. Looking forward to BTC at $1M

Merited by Jazmin Leslie (2)
 #83

I conducted a large-scale investigation, checking a huge amount of data, checking and comparing absolutely all accounts, and came to the conclusion that all these accounts belong to the same person. And now in detail and about everything in order.
..
In general, if we look at the list of accounts, then there are often very close registration dates, or similar nicknames. Sometimes the cheater lacked imagination and he repeated himself. For example: RainbowKun - Rainbow-queen, Louis Harper - Harper32, ROSEDF - ROSERTY. In general, the style of many nicknames is repeated and has a similar style.

If there is a bot farm, then what links it to RainbowKun? How do we not know that it is run by the very own Ratimov! Or any of the users that merited this post?? I am not suggesting any of those, but suggesting that the evidence is lacking. Suggesting that because he was merited by them is enough evidence is not sufficient. His account posted frequently. Merit sources also changed, so there was more recent merit given out, which you might expect.

They "absolutely have a connection"? Consider me skeptical of this statement unless you have hard evidence. It's a public forum for a topic over a decade old with a lot of publicity, when bitcoin has reached all time highs (again). There could be accounts that are connected with each other (e.g. ROSEDF and ROSEDTRY is likely the same person), but that does not mean a connection to the others.

What evidence do you have? You only posted that you did analysis -- but I don't see a description of that analysis. Would you describe it to forum members? Or describe it in more detail privately to admin/mods if you think that is better? I see screen shots of user names posted, but not sufficient logic for why one should believed these are linked.

I will concede that what looks like FIRSTNAME LASTNAME user accounts are probably linked, as this was a common feature of account farms on reddit during several elections. It is also unlikely for people to use their firstname lastname as a user account, although not impossible if due to an external (albeit dumb) campaign.

I hate to be the one to point this out, but even here, the logic is contradicted:
For them, there are still not enough coincidences for one or another criterion, and there is no overflow of merits.

The user has registered several dozen accounts, is engaged in the overflow of merit
I am not saying that there are not bot farms, but that if there are, it needs more evidence since there are "not enough coincidences".

As ddmr writes:
I noticed a certain groupie effect on some of his threads (all included in OP’s list of suspects). My hypothesis is that they are all friends and such, working towards a common objective of creating a name on the forum, to launch his (Rainbow) DAO project shortly. The strategy is fine if playing by the book, but this thread is questioning whether the play is legit or foul (i.e. meriting alt accounts, or friend accounts for the sake of being friends and working towards a common goal), and whether content was partially built through intended cross-language + spinning techniques. @nutildah’s post above seems to exemplify the latter clearly in a sample case.
There is also the groupie effect that new users will find more camaraderie in new users in every group in existence.
So, you'd also have to argue that this was not the case with a small amount of merit being shared among them, especially because they are more likely to be active and reading each other's posts.

Here, the majority have long understood everything, only bots do not see obvious evidence at close range, like the same Jazmin Leslie or The Ghoul, stubbornly denying the obvious. RainbowKun himself admitted that he is Chinese.

I am Kun Yuan from China,

Other cheaters on my list use Chinese services and write posts in Chinese or translate Chinese posts into English. The whole puzzle came together. With regards to you, I cannot say that you are a cheater. Otherwise, your nickname would have been on a different list. The rest of the cheaters from the list, such as RainbowKun, kxwhalexk, Jazmin Leslie, The Ghoul, etc., are 100% cheaters with many connections.

Talking nonsense with your eyes open, I am Chinese, am I cheating? The merit data I gave is clear. More than 70% of them are given to heroes and legendary members. Even if they are given to some novices, it is because they have posted some valuable comments. Are these all I cheating?

Merit Abuse

And then the scale of the farm becomes visible and how the cheater managed to pump all his altos. The scheme is as follows. There is a main account, RainbowKun, which earns merits and distributes it to its alts. Those, in turn, distribute it further, along the way receiving merit from other merit sources, just users and help services.
You mentioned that my purport is to build a merit farm and distribute them to my army. Anyone I have ever sent merit to belongs to the army. This is my complete merit data, everyone can judge whether I am running merit farm or not.

Why these heroes and legends are not included in my alt army? The merit I gave them is more than that I sent to newbies.

Your main argument is that RainbowKun is Chinese?
What the...

What connections?

All I see is someone who is very concerned about China, and uses that as a main argument to implicate these accounts. This is not evidence of anything on its own.

I also checked all accounts for the presence of the Chinese language, at the beginning of the posting, how many times the accounts have posting equal to the activity and how many percent of the posts he writes between 01:00 AM UTC to 11:00 AM UTC:

I analyzed all accounts for interests, posting times and style. All accounts prefer almost the same sections: Bitcoin Discussion, Economics, Meta, Politics & Society, Beginners & Help, Alternate cryptocurrencies. Which is not surprising, given that the accounts are managed by the same person, then his interests are similar. I won't say anything about his style of posts. You can compare the style of posts of the same RainbowKun and kxwhalexk yourself. Obviously, this is written by the same person.

Also, the cheater publishes most of the posts from 01:00 AM UTC to 11:00 AM UTC. If we take into account that Beijing time is +8 hours UTC, then this explains such activity, this is just the morning and the end of the day. And after 03:00 PM UTC, the user writes very rarely, as most likely he is sleeping.

Next, I presented a visual list of all accounts and their main posting locations:

I also checked all accounts for the presence of the Chinese language, at the beginning of the posting, how many times the accounts have posting equal to the activity and how many percent of the posts he writes between 01:00 AM UTC to 11:00 AM UTC:

You then identified individuals who have a "posting counter is equal to the activity counter" as a main argument. This is also not an argument of anything, except that these are new accounts, unless you have other logic on what you are trying to prove.

Quote
- Fasting began on July 1, 2021. The posting counter is higher than the activity counter.
- Posting began on July 8. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter.
- Posting began on May 24. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter. Chinese language is present.
- Posting started on January 27. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter.
- Posting began on July 6. The posting counter is larger than the activity counter. There is a discussion about China.
- Posting began on July 15th. The posting counter is larger than the activity counter. There is a discussion about China.
Because of work, I need to live in China for a period of time. I found that China is the most widely used country for mobile payment. All aspects of life are cashless. You can go out for a day without cash, you only need a mobile phone.
- Posting began on July 6. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter.
- Posting began on December 28, 2020. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter.
- Posting began on August 4. The posting counter is equal to the activity counter.

And if I'm wrong, explain to me why accounts that have a similar registration date, similar posting dates, similar dates of last activity, similar interests, a similar service for downloading pictures, Chinese in their themes, a similar overflow of merit, similar applications in my topic help for newbies? Do you seriously think that all this does not matter and that these facts of mine can easily be covered by the empty shell that you are trying to present here as a counter-argument? Do not make me laugh.  Cheesy

You posted registration dates of 20 accounts over the course of a year, who have recently been active within the last few weeks. What's abnormal?

Your main argument about posting activity proved that those users were in China, and you use this an an argument to discredit them.
Am I missing something?

Talking nonsense with your eyes open, I am Chinese, am I cheating? The merit data I gave is clear. More than 70% of them are given to heroes and legendary members. Even if they are given to some novices, it is because they have posted some valuable comments. Are these all I cheating?

And if I'm wrong, explain to me why accounts that have a similar registration date, similar posting dates, similar dates of last activity, similar interests, a similar service for downloading pictures, Chinese in their themes, a similar overflow of merit, similar applications in my topic help for newbies? https://sm.ms

This website is my most frequently used website. Yes, I am Chinese. If you search for "图片转换成链接" in google. sm.ms is the first few searches in google.

Yes, they gave me another tag.. I think I have to go to Ratimov’s post to explain....
This is all my explanation of this matter. Don't mention my name again.

What is loli.net, to be honest, I haven't studied it carefully. I don’t think it’s the meaning of pornography mentioned above...I only know that this website can convert my pictures into bbcode.(If you have a better picture converted into bbcode website, you can tell me, I will try to use.)

Merit gifts between forums are all related. You can use your method to correspond to any recent active user on the forum, and each user can present a similar network of relationships.

At the same time, regarding pictures, anyone who searches for the seven Chinese characters “图片转换为链接”in Google, the website https://sm.ms appears in front of Google.

You can open this link on Google now and see what it is:

https://www.google.com/search?q=%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%87%E8%BD%AC%E6%8D%A2%E4%B8%BA%E9%93%BE%E6%8E%A5&sxsrf=AOaemvKJlg-qK_ZM7J3X5Wpj-Z-H2kj7WQ%3A1630150740751&ei=VCAqYd2LLZCCrtoP4NO_kAc

At the same time, what is cheating in my merit record? Who on the forum did I scam? Which alt account did I distribute merit to? All the data is clear, why are you talking nonsense and slander here?

I see no reason to waste my time explaining to someone who has not read even half of what I presented as evidence. When I have already presented 10 facts of connection between these accounts, you ask me this stupid question: What connections?

Go first, check out all the posts that I wrote in this thread, and do not rip my phrases out of context.

Ratimov, do you have obsessive-compulsive disorder? Do I need to introduce you to a doctor? You have to understand that you don't want to complicate the problem, very simple things are messed up by you.

Of course, I will consider this issue from your perspective. It is a matter of face. No matter whether you are very prestigious in the Russian section, you also have a certain influence on the forum, but you should not make some mistakes because of your own. You have lost the courage to admit your mistakes. Do not be afraid. This will not make you lose face.

If you don't think about it this way, you will make people think that you are a very stubborn person. The whole world has a common goal-peace, don't you?

Consensus and commonality are the keys to attracting each other.

Goodbye, Ratimov. One thing cannot be changed. You are an analytical person, but u have obsessions.

These are not proof either.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5356476.msg57791772#msg57791772

No, posting the word "yes" at the beginning of a sentence where someone is agreeing is not a connection.
Yes, it can be but it alone isn't.
"Thank you" at the very start of a phrase is not a connection.
Having known plenty of Chinese people myself, these are common phrases I see in texts with them. They stand out in ways that I don't write, and think they are odd.
These are two very common phrases, to use them even close to definitively, you would have to compare them against some standard. Do you have a standard where you have analyzed other user accounts that you believe are not sock puppets?

None of it connects well enough to RainbowKun, other than that he was a quickly merited user who posted frequently. If you don't want new users to merit other users, then don't give them merit.

I am very impressed by your graphs and analysis skills, but think that you are being incredibly hasty in your conclusions.
Yes, there have been a lot of sock puppets lately, often in the forms of new accounts that last for a single absurd post, which I wish there more collected data on.

Edit:
Ok, the use of this image site does link people beyond user activity times. But it still doesn't prove that they are the same person. RainbowKun did at one point mention planned entrepreneurial endeavors, which the forum actually encourages...

At the same time, regarding pictures, anyone who searches for the seven Chinese characters “图片转换为链接”in Google, the website https://sm.ms appears in front of Google.

I have not searched for any characters on Google, I have not done this. I went to your posts and saw what service you use to send pics. Except for your alt group, nobody uses this exotic image hosting.

All the codes for your uploaded photos are in your posts and I don't need Google to look for something there.

Yesterday I once again proved that the accounts have a connection, as they use a Chinese service for downloading pictures, which is rare for most forum users.
I find this explanation plausible:
As Imgur is unavailable in China, they use SM.MS, a Chinese image hosting service. loli.net domain is just their CDN.

Except for your Chinese alt group, no one uses it.
Loli.net has been used on Bitcointalk before. In the last 2 years, it's used/mentioned in those posts (and not all of them are in Chinese):

Mr. Rainbow Kun, I understand what Ratimov meant,
He is called your farm army if it meets the following criteria:
1.Use the same image transfer software.
2.The registration time is similar.
3.You have given Merit.
I did a simple search. There should be about 1.3 billion people in China, but I don’t know how many Chinese users are on the forum.
He only said that you have 60 alternative accounts, which I think are too few.

In other words, the Chinese cannot use this image converter to post at a time that Ratimov does not allow.
If some Chinese do this, then he is honored to be considered by Ratimov to be a member of your army.
I need to continue to help Ratimov find accounts like this and expand your "legion".
I admire Ratimov's imagination very much.

Rainbow Kun,I thought you were a lone walker and came to the forum, I didn't expect Ratimov to give you 600,000 troops,In fact, you made a profit.

The pharmacist as usual, "Right/wrong, I agree/not agree, ..... keep reading, ..... keep reading, keep reading...."
(You don't need to read, he really do not add any value. 50+ posts a week is what he cares)
Wow, look who's back!  Haven't seen you around since you completely demolished your reputation last year or whenever it was.  Funny you should jump right back into a thread like this.  "Funny" in this case not being ha-ha funny, but suspicious funny if you know what I mean.

I'm not even going to address your attacks against me, because anyone can do a quick comparison between the two of us to see who adds value and who was the one who sucked up to senior members like there was no tomorrow when he joined the forum and in the process of quickly trying to establish a reputation for himself had it backfire in his face.  Hint: it wasn't me.

<snip>
I have no idea if you're an alt of RainbowKun, but I'm convinced you're part of an account farming ring, as I listed you specifically in the OP of my own thread on this debacle.  I think whoever is behind the farm is using the Jazmin Leslie account as a mouthpiece to continue arguing their points, since few of the other members I had listed have chimed in.

Edit:

I have talked about it many times,I don’t know what farms are,The remarks I make here represent only myself.

<snip>
Seeing you smiling with such an ugly face, I couldn't help but laugh,
You really don’t know where your confidence comes from. I checked RainbowKun’s Merit and you gave him the most Merit. If RainbowKun is really a liar (but I believe he is not), you are the stupidest person,Where are you the courage joke mdayonliner.
If you take this cheeky to do these weak slanders, you should laugh at yourself.
You are not qualified to judge anyone's contributions on this forum,In my opinion, your identity is no different from other members. It is fair here.

I have talked about it many times,I don’t know what farms are,The remarks I make here represent only myself.

I suspect that other people who have been inexplicably put on the list have not found this popular post. I think you need to post another post to let them know.
Fortunately, I found out, otherwise I really didn't know that you were so slanderous.

I have just read a lot of lines of stupid chatter, speculation and mutual insults, but I have not read a single intelligible hypothesis about why this army of Chinese has spawned so many sockpuppets on our glorious forum.
Is motivation just a game of merit?  It seems like a stupid thing to me.
And I consider Ratimov's proofs to be 100% correct and to deny them is just a lie and stupidity.

So: your hypotheses (only briefly, without unnecessary chatter) why the Chinese make more than 60  sockpuppets on BTT ??

As I said in this post, I am Kun Yuan from China, and I never shy away from my Chinese identity. Since 2018, some of the articles I wrote have been widely circulated on the Chinese Internet. Some articles are signed, and some articles are not signed. I am the original author of these articles.
If they "widely circulated", that must mean you've published them somewhere first. You can make all doubt go away by linking your original article. If I'd ever publish some of my posts in a different language elsewhere, I'd instantly add a link saying: "previously posted in English on Bitcointalk".
If your answer is going to be that your original is no longer available, but only copies created by others, you're not making a very convincing point.

Quote
I am now revising some of these points and publishing them on bitcointalk, and more of them are new articles. I myself have a very high reputation and influence in the crypto world in China. I also mentioned this in a previous post. I will introduce my experience in the crypto world in detail later.
Even if you used Google Translate to translate your own work from Chinese to English, that's not even against the rules (the other way around isn't allowed). You'd be totally fine doing so.
27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed.

Later I will show some evidence that I am Kun Yuan himself.
Please do.

It seems correct: the article on https://www.ibtctrade.com/college/941.html?lang=en has a later date than the post on Bitcointalk. I don't know if posting dates can be manipulated though.

I published articles in many media at that time, and some accounts are no longer available.

This is my account on a Chinese encrypted social media, bihu. This link is the article nutildah another searched for. This is the link from that year. This is the link from that year.

https://bihu.com/article/1285422

This is the introduction of my personal homepage, I have put the sentence "I am RainbowKun on Bitcointalk" on it, you can check it.
https://bihu.com/people/159860

If you're the original author of this article, it shouldn't be so hard to prove. I can't read the site, but if you're the author, can you just add a link saying something like: "I published this article in English on Bitcointalk, using the name RainbowKun". That would add a lot of credibility to your story.
I did this in my media as you wanted, and I posted a short article。
https://m.bihu.com/shortContent/1105603687?i=1CCcaQ&c=2&s=1cP01x

I am a loyal fan of Bitcoin. Since 2017, I have widely promoted Bitcoin in the Chinese crypto community. In 2018, I also wrote a lot of articles about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, and promoted Bitcoin in various ways. The article found by Mr. Nutildah is my opinion published on Chinese social media in 2018. I have now put the sentence "I am RainbowKun on Bitcointalk" on my social media signature, which can fully prove me Is the original author of these articles. Anyone can verify.

However, many of the views I published on bitcointalk in the last two months are different from those in 2018, because my cognitive system has grown a lot, and my views have also changed a lot. Now I have written these views and published them on bitcointalk in order to further improve my philosophical thinking by communicating with more bitcoin community users. In the future, when the time is right, I will publish them into books as part of my promotion of the value of Bitcoin in the crypto world.

I am a loyal fan of Bitcoin.

A dedicated Bitcoin fan? And also a devoted fan of deception. Of all the cheaters I've met here, few were distinguished by the presence of clever sayings. You thought that since you have knowledge, why not make money on it? It would be better if you focused on one of your RainbowKun account, which in a year would have already become a Legendary in absentia. And now you have earned the reputation of a cheater. And all the greed is to blame. Undecided

The reputation of a liar is imposed by you. I only have an account with RainbowKun from beginning to end. I spend all my energy on writing and studying every day, which has taken all of my energy. Regarding this point, I don’t want to explain too much, and I don’t want to spend too much energy on arguing with you that is meaningless. All the evidence is very clear, and everyone in the forum has their own independent judgment. Time will prove everything.

What do you expect from him?

Do you think he will confess and stop what he has been doing?

Also, if you are so sure about his situation why haven't you given him a red trust yet? Back in the day he wouldn't have survived an hour without getting tarred and feathered by the DT. This forum is indeed dead.

Well, it's just all a coincidence, and 60 Chinese people, cloned, with the same thinking and habits, came to the forum to sow knowledge. Cheesy
I'm still not convinced RainbowKun is part of it. It's obvious many/all of those other 59 belong to the same guy/group/sweatshop hunting for Merit:
My interpretation was that RainbowKun had no idea they were only posting for Merit, and he fell for it.

But as for everything else, there is no explanation. Well, it's just all a coincidence, and 60 Chinese people, cloned, with the same thinking and habits, came to the forum to sow knowledge. Cheesy
Feel free, but please be careful not to mention my name.
Don't mention my name again.

But if you want to analyze my psychological activities or hobbies, please PM me. I am still interested in these topics. Lol

In fact, there are more than 16 parameters. And by these parameters I can see the connection between RainbowKun and other accounts.
It would be interesting if you also test those parameters against a few accounts that you don't expect to be alts. That's what tspacepilot did when he busted Quickseller's alt.
