But this contradicts your withdrawal rule which states that the user can only withdraw to the address he used to deposit. If you really care about the anonymity of your customers then you should let them withdraw to whatever address they want. Addresses reuse is not recommended for crypto users as it compromises their privacy/security.

Quite like it. I tried visiting the site using Firefox browser using mobile device and it loads fine. It is rare to know a gambling site that doesn't need fee for withdrawal, allowed using VPN to enter the site and doesn't have a minimum amount needed to withdraw but I think it should have a minimum withdrawal as suggested in previous post.

In the registration form has mentioned the password format below lowercase, uppercase, and at least 1 number with a minimum of 4 characters. It's a little weird because usually the password is 6 or 8 characters long. And also this site has accepted Bitcoin.

It is very common now, many sites use $ as the main currency although players are able to deposit with some different crypto.
Some sites do auto conversion (crypto to fiat) and some others keep the crypto but the they have an option to show balance in fiat.
All in all, every site are free to set their own rules/option about the denomination of the balance.

I also find it very convenient when the casino combines fiat and cryptocurrencies. In this case, the advantage of fiats proves that it is more a classic casino than a cryptocurrency one. 
However, I think it's easier to add cryptocurrency payment than fiat, so probably soon the choice of crypto for us should be bigger.

Damn right, I wouldn't bother contacting them to make it btc or mbtc as long as the site accepts different cryptocurrency as one of payment method when you deposit and in withdrawal. I wonder if he/she knows that some legit, trusted, reputable gambling site even made the currency showed is fiat but to deposit it accepts crypto and also in withdrawal so I don't see any problem to that but wonder why it must be mbtc or btc?.

If players can withdraw to any address they want and not only the one they deposited from, then, I believe, you should remove or edit the clause #7.4 from the ToS to avoid any confusion.
Clause 7.5 states that withdrawals may take up to 72 hours, does it mean that withdrawals are processed manually?

In some countries, you have to pay taxes when you convert crypto to fiat. If you want to do it fully legal, you can't play at a bookie like this, because you convert it to fiat, then back, than fiat, etc.
