And the manager of Casimero (if he still has a manager right now), is not that big and influential that he can set up a fight in the US. So this fight could be just good in paper but i do not think that it can be made right away.

Something that's already past due, it's been a while when he got stripped because of that same issue and he's been force to jump to another weight division as he can't maintain what's supposed to be the weight for him to keep his belts, now, that same issue happened again, like what you said not sure if there's only limited crew that work for his camp, it should be corrected by his new handler to avoid making that same issue again.
