Drones struck two oil tankers in the Black Sea on Tuesday, including one chartered by U.S. oil major Chevron, opens new tab, the companies involved said, as they sailed toward a terminal on the Russian coast. Both were en route to the Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka terminal, a loading point for around 80% of Kazakh oil destined for international markets as well as some Russian crude, according to eight sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity. ... "All crew are safe, and the vessel remains stable. It is proceeding to a safe port, and we are coordinating with the ship operator and relevant authorities," Chevron said of its chartered tanker.
Ukrainians attacked US chartered shadow tanker that loads oil in Russia. It's a mystery why sanctions are not working, but don't worry i'm sure EU is ready to lose more money and put more sanctions in it's 9.234 package This now feels like it's more about EU destroying itself, more than anything else. EU stops buying cheap Russia's oil, and starts buying oil at a premium from US, US loads "mixed" oil at Russian ports in the Black Sea and sells it to dumb Europeans, you just can't make this up. Everyone profits, well, almost everyone

You better have General Winter on your site, not fight it, because it bites hard. Operation desert storm it is not. https://youtu.be/zFsOsrWZBL4Death is now a currency in Russia What you are really talking about is what is happening to Ukrainians all over Ukraine... because of Russia's bombing, and droning, and attacks that those frozen Russians are doing against Ukrainian troops. Of course Western media is going to blow it up into a big Russian failure. That's almost all that the West has left that they CAN do, since money is failing, and since Trump is pulling out of the EU and NATO. Russia’s Hypersonic Missiles Hit NATO Fighter Jets Fleet - Then Ukrainian Su-27s and F-16 destroyed! - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDp8DA1D8agThe West doesn't care about Ukrainian people. Of course, they have to make themselves look good. So they prop up emergency crews that are fighting the havoc created by the Russian missiles and drones. If you look up US General Ben Hodges on Youtube, and watch a few of his videos, you will see that he is all talk. And when you 'read-between-the-lines', you will see that he is really saying the opposite of what he is formally expressing.

"Bees against honey" that is called. Which resources does Ichkeria have? Stones and jackass sh*t? What was a typical "way of life" - either become a peasant or a bandit. Robbing your own direct neighbors - leads to nothing as they aren't nowhere close to being "rich". Robbing anyone in "mother Russia" - that's the thing. Kidnapping, trading drugs and false currency bills, multiple other possibilities. Getting subsidies and bonuses from Russia and so on. After all - you can fight for it, and your genetic desire to be a warrior will be satisfied. Take out Russia from this equation - and you'll be free from all those possibilities, periodically getting "strategically bombed" into stone age if you try becoming an "offshore criminal enterprise" by your neighbors. Digging in the past is great - but if you try building your future on something that was a long time ago - nothing good will happen. EU is built from countries that have stopped looking into the past. Because that past is full of wars - big and small, territorial clashes and other issues. And it's not that hard to put a couple of sparks into that calm water - igniting it like it's 96% ethanol. Ukrainians attacked US chartered shadow tanker that loads oil in Russia. It's a mystery why sanctions are not working, but don't worry i'm sure EU is ready to lose more money and put more sanctions in it's 9.234 package I wonder what will happen if the tanker spews oil all over the sea. What will be the reaction of the neighbors? "Deep oral concerns"? ROTFL [moderator's note: multiple posts have been merged]

U.S. President Donald Trump told Reuters that Ukraine - not Russia - is holding up a potential peace deal, rhetoric that stands in marked contrast to that of European allies, who have consistently argued Moscow has little interest in ending its war in Ukraine. In an exclusive interview in the Oval Office on Wednesday, Trump said Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to wrap up his nearly four-year-old invasion of Ukraine. Zelenskiy, the U.S. president said, was more reticent.
"I think he's ready to make a deal," Trump said of the Russian president. "I think Ukraine is less ready to make a deal." Asked why U.S.-led negotiations had not yet resolved Europe's largest land conflict since World War Two, Trump responded: "Zelenskiy."
EU had a chance to keep Greenland, now it seems like they won't be able to take Ukraine from Russian and they'll loose Greenland. That what happens when you put incompetent idiots in power. EU chief diplomat Kallas: World’s woes mean it’s time to start drinking
High representative says global events mean now could be a good time to hit the bottle.
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas privately told lawmakers the state of the world meant it might be a “good moment” to start drinking.
Kallas told leaders of the political groups in the European Parliament that while she is not much of a drinker now may be the time to start given events around the globe, according to two people who were in the room. Many people died, EU lost manufacturing, access to cheap resources and now EU will loose Greenland (with its resources), just a genius, Europeans should make a statue of her so she can be remembered for generations! It's quiet amazing how they managed to fuck things up so bad and so fast

^^^ Don't worry. Kallas will shortly dissipate any funds the EU had left. But she is kinda cute, isn't she? And her teeth are rather straight. My question is, I found a few sites that spelled her name 'Callas', rather than 'Kallas'. Which is correct?

May 2022 Possibility of talks between Zelenskyy and Putin came to a halt after Johnson’s visit - UP sources. ... The second "obstacle" to agreements with the Russians arrived in Kyiv on 9 April."
Details: According Ukrainska Pravda sources close to Zelenskyy, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson, who appeared in the capital almost without warning, brought two simple messages.
The first is that Putin is a war criminal, he should be pressured, not negotiated with.
And the second is that even if Ukraine is ready to sign some agreements on guarantees with Putin, they are not.
Johnson’s position was that the collective West, which back in February had suggested Zelenskyy should surrender and flee, now felt that Putin was not really as powerful as they had previously imagined, and that here was a chance to "press him."
Three days after Johnson left for Britain, Putin went public and said talks with Ukraine "had turned into a dead end".
June 2022 "It would be a catastrophe if Putin won. He'd love nothing more than to say, 'Let's freeze this conflict, let's have a cease-fire,'" Johnson said on Saturday, a day after a surprise visit to Kyiv, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and offered offer continued aid and military training.
November 2023 Russia Offered to End War in 2022 If Ukraine Scrapped NATO Ambitions – Zelensky Party Chief
According to the lawmaker, while another round of talks was underway in Istanbul, Boris Johnson unexpectedly came to Kyiv on April 9 and said that Ukraine "shouldn't sign anything with them at all – and let's just fight."
Peace talks between Russia and Ukraine took place during the early stages of the full-scale war, with negotiations held in Belarus and Turkey. Ukrainska Pravda reported how, at that stage, the Russian side expressed readiness for a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
And now UK splits with France and Italy over Putin talks ... The U.K. has broken with France and Italy over whether Europe should reopen direct talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin ... Speaking to POLITICO on Thursday, Cooper rejected suggestions from leaders in Paris and Rome that European allies should consider re-engaging Putin diplomatically as part of efforts to end the war in Ukraine. ...
Sorry Ukrainians, despite that now even France and Italy want to talk to Putin, looks like UK still prefers to see Ukraine continue it's slow surrender until the last Ukrainian. What conflict of interests?? With friends like that, who needs enemies?

It really isn't that Russia wouldn't trade with the world. They are doing so with their oil and gas, and would be, much more, with other things if the West hadn't attempted to sanction them. But the West - particularly the bankers - want the control over Russian lands. And this is what the Ukraine War is all about. But Russia is asking for development help, as long as they get to keep what is theirs. "A nuclear power is being cornered, and no one is slowing down. Solid thread start back in '22 — you nailed the early signs, and here we are nearly four years later, with the conflict grinding on. No quick resolution; it's a brutal test of resilience, strategy, and sovereignty for everyone involved.Quick grounded update from recent reports (as of Jan 17, 2026): Russian forces are pushing slow advances (gained ~79 sq miles in the last month per ISW/Russia Matters analysis), but their command keeps inflating claims (e.g., falsely stating they've seized Kupyansk despite Ukrainian control). Russia's ramped up strikes — ~55,000 drones in 2025 alone, plus missiles hitting energy grids — are hammering Ukraine's infrastructure, causing blackouts in freezing temps (latest hits on Kyiv/Odesa regions cut power to 20+ settlements).
Ukraine's holding firm, countering with ops inside Russia and shooting down most attacks. A Ukrainian delegation's in Miami today talking U.S.-led peace/security deals ahead of Davos, but Trump's signaling Kyiv needs to step up for negotiations. Casualties mount (millions displaced), and Russia's now holding ~19% of Ukraine. No end in sight without real leverage shifts. From a masculine guidance lens: Wars like this strip illusions — true leadership shines in chaos. Men built to protect, provide stability, and stay decisive under fire (evolutionary wiring: high-T traits for survival/threat response). Women thrive softening into trust when that frame's solid, but prolonged stress disrupts polarity — exhaustion, resentment build if roles blur. In high-stakes like this (or crypto volatility), reclaiming unapologetic frame means owning your domain: build resilience (physical/mental routines), secure resources (crypto as decentralized hedge against sanctions/inflation), and lead without apology.Crypto tie-in: BTC/altcoins have been lifelines here — Ukraine raised millions in donations, Russia's skirting sanctions via shadow fleets (Ukraine's targeting those oil ships). Decentralization = sovereignty when states fail.
For men in the grind (crypto/tech/geo watchers) wanting tools to lock in that calm, grounded energy amid uncertainty: private Telegram circle with polarity audio, mindset shifts, no-fluff community. https://im.page/hisobedience101
Thoughts on how this evolves in '26? Or crypto's role in resistance? Keep it civil/real.Stay sovereign. Morgan Rich @hisobedience101 (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)

Ukraine seems to be successful into choosing their new allies. I mean... from we will take Ukraine in three days to we will NOT take Ukraine in three years - and you telling others to wake up... it is starting to sound ridiculous. Oil can be bought from anyone in the market as gas can be bought from anyone in the market, it is mostly indifferent, it is a commodity. However it is interesting how Europe is closing ties with Argentina, which will be a major (cheap) producer for the next couple of decades. After all, it seems that Europe has learned to feed bears.
