Last night I watched in disbelief that Croatia would lose easily against Argentina, an absolute victory for Argentina since the first round match and it was very difficult to pursue because the ball possession was completely controlled by the Argentinian players. Argentina against France is everyone's dream final, while Argentina against Morocco is a new final for everyone. Apart from all that, I hope Argentina can win the world cup this time and of course as a good career ending for Lionel Messi.

Actually I expected more from Luka Modric. His leadership role as Croatian team's captain is unquestionable but I expected more from him. He is fighting, returning to help defense, but offensively he should have give more. He produced far less of his famous passes than I expected. But the team plays much better with him playing than when he is benched. This will not only be the last World Cup but probably the last games that he plays for the national team. I don't think that he announced it yet but I think he will not play for the Croatian team after the World Cup. Luckily Croatia already found a replacement for him in the middle of the field - Lovro Majer. He is still young but he started to improve his skills after he left Dinamo Zagreb.

Luka still showed his best actually, but didn't meet good forwards to match him during this world cup, unlike in 2018 when Mandzukic and Rebic were around him. Regarding his age, yeah I think it could be his last game for national team. Majer is still far away to replace him, but let's see his improvement for next 4 years.

I'm not expecting a thrilling game today. Morocco's style is defense only. They are not trying to attack their opponent at all. Only when some loose ball gets picked up by their forward players, they try to attack. I'm expecting that France will hold the possession and Morocco to defend their goal.

It's no different with what Argentina showed last night. Less possession ball, and only depended on counter attacks. Actually their playing style is not boring at all. Against Portugal, they even made same on-goal shots (3) and even more against Spain (3 vs 2). Obviously France will posses the ball more, perhaps more than 75%, but with a few of Morocco players who playing in France, I think Morocco could surprise us. Even if they lost, it wouldnt be an easy win for France.

Finally Argentina has made it to the final once again as expected, I hope this world cup becomes theirs. Messi really wants the World Cup. His assist on Julian Alvarez goal was fantastic. Alvarez performance is making so many parties try to consider him as a potential striker after haaland. The problem is if he can't compete with halaand but he can become a very good striker for sure. Alvarez will be showing another great performance against france during the final match.

France does look more ideal than Morocco to challenge Argentina in the final round later. Croatia worked very well even though they only reached the semifinals, but their struggle deserves appreciation.

I expected Crotia to do better in defence but they were too lose more than they have ever be during the World Cup. They fixed their mind in scoring goals instead of to defend which is where their strength is always seen. It is unfortunate for them that they didn't go to the finals twice which would have been a very big record for them.

I have to congratulate Argentina for winning the match over Croatia so that Argentina will advance to the Qatar world cup final this year. Argentina played so quickly and never made a mistake in the opportunities they got so they were able to score three goals, even though one of them was through a Lionel Messi penalty.

Croatia has a defense that is not so strong and the attackers are also not so good that they were not able to score a single goal against Argentina. But I also really salute Croatia's struggle in yesterday's match because they had tried to attack Argentina several times, but the results were not satisfactory for Croatia.

Argentina players are so dedicated victory after victory for their superstar to get the trophy in the end. that's the hope of lionel messi and the team is very compact to make it happen. Argentina is only one step away from making history for the Qatar world cup. If Lionel Messi et al are able to win the trophy then this is the third world cup trophy for Argentina. Many well-known footballers on social media support Argentina to become champions in the Qatar world cup.
In today match we will see who will accompany Argentina in the final, whether France can break Morocco victory or Morocco continues to make history in this world cup.

Croatia were not playing good at all ,although they have most of the ball possession but they failed to produce any goal out of it. Argentina deserved this win they came well prepared and were in full form. The goals from Álvarez were really good.

To be honest, I also expected more from the Croatian national team in the match with Argentina, but apparently the coach with the starting lineup did not guess, I think it's not worth talking about how Sosa played in this match, but he was replaced, but the score was already 2:0 in favor of Argentina.

I also think that epecially the second goal of Argentina was pretty unlucky for Croatia because the attacker of Argentina had so much luck to score that goal. The ball bounced back to him from a croatian defender like 3 times in a row within just a few seconds until he was in front of the goal.

You are right, the Morocco style of play seems to only defend and counterattack if you get the chance. From the several matches that have been passed, the strategy that has been applied remains the same. But this time they have to face France, which in fact is a total attack and is not an easy thing for Morocco, who continue to rely on defense. I think Morocco needs to play more aggressively if they don't want to be under constant pressure. France's style will be different from the others, Morocco must be able to get out of its defense and balance the French attack.

Yes, at least I hope that France's match against Morocco will not be easy and boring. We have the same hopes for the France vs Morocco match which will take place at the Al Bayt stadium, Al-Khor, Qatar. I don't want to say that France's chances of winning are 99% because Morocco have been a very consistent team. That's what we have to admit.

I believe those Croatian players will surely be disappointed in themselves, there is nothing bad to lose to a good team like Argentina, but to lose 3-0 in a world cup semifinal is embarrassing, and i am sure they know they let down millions of their fans that were watching back home in Croatia. Messi's performance has a very decisive role. If he's playing a good game, Argentina win. He had a great assist yesterday. I think it was impossible to stop him in that position. The Croatian defender could have had to foul to stop Messi. That position reminded me of his legendary days in Barcelona. He looked like he was 23 years old in that position. I know Croatia was rigged out of the world cup, there is no doubt that FIFA a centralized football body is highly corrupt right from time, I had high hopes that Croatia could have made it to the finals if the team where allow to playful squad the match was fixed and FIFA is the casino the game must favor the house.
