I would say scoring from penalties is mostly down to luck. It is difficult to score from penalties unless luck helps. Virgil Van Dijk's performance in this match was outstanding. He played very well in the entire match. Unfortunately he couldn't score from the penalty spot. Steven Berghuis missed the penalty only for Martinez to make a superb save. Martinez's contribution to Argentina's victory was outstanding. However, after Argentina scored 2 goals I thought they would win easily. But the Netherlands played very well. Morocco has been so good at both defence and attack. Are you going to make Africa proud again? Normally, you'll see them being more defensive to avoid any errors but here, you see them being more on the offensive and Portugal just trying to fend them off. There defence as well has been on point although, they've left a couple of chances for Joao Felix, good enough the goalkeeper was there to keep the Joao Felix's header away from the net and his second trier came by a deflection. Bruno Fernández has got a chance with an out of the box shot that hit the wood work.
Moroccans goal was good and not the best work of the Portuguese goalkeeper.  He wasn't confident coming out of his goal and no proper calculation on the projectile of the ball. Portugal 0 and Morocco 1 in the firs half.
